ok breck how do we fix this team (besides recruiting)

the staff isnt going anywhere. i think we need to free up some more ships somehow. We only have about 15 to give out. We need major help at OL, DL and CB (05 we will be good but 06 is a problem). There are many guys who need their ships revoked. Gent is a waste of space, take away his ship. I like Justus as a person he is a fighter but put him on medical hardship, so he still can attend school free but give the team the ship. I am THISCLOSE to saying Leon's ship should be revoked. Guys like Tanard Davis who dont even see the field shouldnt have a ship. We need to free up around 7 ships to really help fill some needs.
