No biggee. This had been planned for a long time. Plus, he is still going to work at 60 Minutes. And if you think CBS News will be any less a mouthpiece for the Democrats, you'll be sorely disappointed.

I also hear Tom Brokaw is retiring before the end of the year.

One the concept of journalistic integrity meant something - the 'news thats fit to print', so to speak. The purpose of the media is to inform the populace - not push political agendas.
