I remember listening to sports talk radio just before the Series was about to start. Someone called in and mentioned it has been 18 years since the last time the Red Sox were in the World Series. 18 years...1918...
That person saw the significance and it turned out correct. |

There was even a naked guy skinny dipping in the Charles River and few others doing cannonballs and stuff. There were 17 "Duck Boats" in all. These are tour buses that double as boats.
