You just keep Pedro in there, he can use himself up. He's had several short innings and looks in a groove. He was really shakey early, but he's off alot of rest. He should be able to run into the closer. He shouldn't hit the batters box till the 8th.

The Cardinals had their chances to jump on Pedro early and they blew it. Bases loaded with one out in the first, they get nothing. Then Suppan's inexcusable baserunning blunder. Pedro got into a groove after that and it was lights out.
Barring a collapse of Yankee-esque proportions, the Red Sox are going to finally win a World Series. They've been on an absolute roll and it shows no signs of slowing. |
