I disagree. He's still a powerful "player" with regards to Al Qaeda and as such, he still poses a significant danger to America. He's like a rabid dog that needs hunted down and brought to justice... and until that happens, he will remain a threat. Furthermore, the fact that he is still at large emboldens other terrorists.

You consistently miss the point. The issue being discussed is Bush said tonight that capturing or killing Osma bin Laden was always important and always a priority.

Yet he incredibly said just before he invaded Iraq that the capture of Osma bin Laden was not that important to him.
