Default Can Stanford do it?

3 minutes to go in the half, 21-10 Stanford up over USC currently.

Can they maintain this lead anf win? Let's hope so.

I wonder if Lee Corso still thinks USC, along with Oklahoma, is far and away one of the top two teams in the country.

Damn, Stanford buckled under the pressure.

Not sure if anyone else sees this, but USC isn't that great of a team, and will be beaten this year. It seems everyone was already saving them a seat in the national title game before the year started, I don't see it happening.

That run at the end of hte first half by Stanford's RB was a thing of beauty.

well, although im bias against OSU they werent that pretty of a national title team either and should have lost on many occasions during that year. i still dont think they were the best team. and although i agree with you that USC probably will lose sometime this year it is possible for them to squeek through to the national title game and win it. no one says it has to be pretty.

I'm just saying that USC looks nowhere close to all they were built up to be in the preseason. These guys aren't that great of a team, a very good one and still could see the National title game, but my point was that we shouldn't be reserving a spot in the Orange Bowl for them quite yet.
