Which would you start....
TE Dan Graham (NE) @ Arizona Todd Heap (BAL) vs Pittsburgh FLEX Donald Driver (GB) vs Chicago Lamar Gordon (MIA) @ Cincy I'm not too worried about making a bad decision as I'm playing my boss and his team is fairly weak. His first two picks were David Carr and Trent Green!!! Anyway, I know Heap is a better play than Graham and I'm definitely leaning that way but as I stated I have some wiggle room this week. I'm torn between Driver and Gordon. This is the choice I'm really looking for advice on. Thanks! |

I would start Heap over Graham. I only play matchups when I have 2 similar players. If you have a top 2-3 TE, always lean towards the him. For example, You never play matchups if you have Randy Moss, Marvin Harrison, Priest Holmes or LaDanian Tomlinson right? IMO, the same applies for TE if you have Heap, or Gonzo.
Your flex player. I always try to get a RB as my Flex player. YOU know for a fact that Gordon is going to start and will probably get at least 15-18 touches. With WR, it's tough to gauge what they will do from week to week. The other overwhelming factor IMo is that Driver plays in an offense that speads the ball to EVERYONE who lines up (ie New England). Those offenses are even more unpredictable then a WR in an average offense. I would take Gordon and insert him into the lineup. At worst, you are looking at 40-50 yards of total offense. If you are lucky, you may get 80-120 yards and a TD. With a WR in a wide open offense (spread the ball around), at worst you are looking at 0-1 point. At best you are looking at 80-120 yards and a TD. The safer play is the RB. Sorry to ramble a bit and I hope you got my logic. |

I'm going with Gordon over Driver for sure based on your post as I was thinking along the same lines.
The more I think about it though, I'm not sold on Heap over Graham. I like Graham's matchup vs Arizona over Heap's vs Pittsburgh. Oh well, I'll sleep on it. Thanks! |

New England has a plethora of recievers for Brady to throw to.
No question go with Heap. Quick, name the starting WR for Baltimore? |

I thought you were going to? You can't second guess yourself on the Heap/Graham decision thought dude. You went with the best player. Had you gone with graham over Heap and Heap catches 2 TD's, you would really hate yourself. FF is the biggest second guessing in the world. I try to eliminate all chances of second guessing. One way to do that is by playing the BEST player of the 2 especially in this circumstance. |

I'm not too upset about the decision but I am a little worried about winning my matchup as I have Deuce at RB and he netted a massive -1.90 points. I hope he returns soon. |
