I see best buy has a simular Pioneer head unit for sale at $179, I think pioneer( DEH-P4600MP) makes the best head units for the money.

So you can make MP3 or WMA(Windows Media Audio) CD's with about 100 songs on them, says it has some technolgy to make them sound better.

yeah WMA/MP3 and the XM Satalite stuff is pretty much standard now days is not adding any cost to the unit, and you always have the option to utalize them in the future.

The only reason they use the Tape Deck **** still is for the MP3(Ipod) Adaptors, don't know why they just don't slap some RCA inputs on front of the thing.

mp3 is a codec that allows you to listen to music in cd quality with the only difference that the files are up to 10 times smaller, hence you can easily download them etc.

you then simply burn the mp3 files to a cd and play them in your car .. i bought a jvc kd-g401 for 130 euros a few weeks ago and im satisfied with it.

go to a garage and ask them how much theyd charge you for installing a cd player in your car. they wont need more than 10 minutes for that.
