Let's see those fish choke in their usual December rage...Oh wait, with all the problems they've been having, they'll already be long out of it!
Just for the cold weather games the MVT theme is ""Chilli" Weather Cookoff"...So let's get those crockpots going & get the best recipes out there! |

Okay People, we're trading things up a little bit for this game.
Instead of the Chili Cookoff, we're going to do a "Chili weather" food drive. Anyone that plans on attending this game, we ask that you bring either a can or two of Chili, or the non-perishable fixings for chili (canned tomatoes, canned beans, etc). If you can't make it to the game, and would like to participate, we have set up a paypal account for donations -- The link is on the OF1 site for now. http://www.orangeforceone.com All monetary donations will go towards purchasing more chili, and all the food donations will be dropped off to Compa Food Ministry, the same organization that the Broncos Wives use for their food drive, on behalf of the OrangeMane. This is a good way for everyone to participate in the tailgate and help out some people in Denver for the Holidays. We've already called Costco, and we can get huge (108 Oz) cans of chili for about $5.88. We'll purchase these with all the donations that are recieved. If anyone needs 2 tickets, we have 2 extra in section 502, for face value ($52 each.) The money from the purchase of these tickets will also go towards purchasing chili. Let's show our OrangeMane Spirit & help out the Denver Community! |

Now there's the true orange spirit. Hats off to you guys for a worthwhile cause. I didn't make it back down to your tailgater after my initial visit last sunday, but I'll be sure to stop by and drop off some goods before the Miami Game. (Just gotta keep that Scotch bottle corked a little longer. I've heard it doesn't mix well with painkillers. Anybody know where I can get a new spine
?) See ya in lot C in two weeks!!!!! |

I noticed that TGN -- You missed out on some good piggy.
Thanks for your donations - I know someone will appreciate the extra warmth this season -- especially if it keeps up with these temperatures!! |

I guess I'll keep my posts in this portion of the BB. I get so sick of the "doom and Gloom" aura after a loss in the rest of the forum. I'm looking forward to the next game. I know those who I've met a the tailgaters over the years will be out in force with the "the win or loose, I support my team" attitude which I appreciate.
Yesterdays game s#^&%(d, but there's always another game, or another season. See ya at the game! Keep your heads up, after all, we are Bronco fans!!!!! |
