I had today off...just spent it enjoying the 70 degree weather...with the sunroof open, of course , got my hair cut...did a little shopping, etc.

Tomorrow, I have to go to a training for work...at least it's suppose to rain!

I did rent some movies...hopefully, I'll have time to watch them.  The rest of the weather forecast for this weekend isn't so nice.

How about you?
[/quote]

Hey, that's not fair... your weather's better than ours! It got up to about 60 for a couple of days, but it's been rainy for the last couple of days.

Our weekend plans will probably depend a lot on the weather... yard work if it's sunny, possibly a Raider-trouncing video or two if the weather's inclement.

Did you find any neat Broncos stuff while out shopping?

Heeheehee...it's not often we get the "better" weather! !
The problem is it can go from 70-30 in 24 hours!

I didn't see any Bronco stuff...I wasn't really looking, though.  I bought some spring tees....and a couple of ankle bracelets.  I wouldn't mind buying a SHARPE jersey, though! <pours Blue a glass of wine>

OOPS...only a slight chance of rain tomorrow...high of 72! (and I'm stuck inside until 3 )

Speaking of yard work, I should clean up my flower bed, too!
(I forgot to plant my tulips last fall, though.... )

Thanks for the cyber wine, ND!
Yeah, I suspected that perhaps you were looking for a Sharpe jersey. I have a feeling that Cole's reluctance to give up the #84 may have an effect on whether or not he makes the final roster...

It's miserable to have to spend a warm, sunny Spring Saturday indoors... but at least you'll be out by 3.

I've noticed that the daffodils are already budding... and there's new growth on my irises. I was really ready for spring weather... the winter seemed unusually long this year.

Re: The Treehouse.  No Girlz Allow3d!

Yes, it certainly was!

I might just have to re-watch that tape over the weekend if it rains.
The kids went out this afternoon and caught their first salamanders of the year... we have these neat ones that are mostly dark brown/black with bright lime green markings on them... and they also caught some nightcrawlers they can use for fishing...

Re: The Treehouse.  No Girlz Allow3d!

... yes, they do threaten to "slime" each other with a salamander... but what they usually do is to take a plastic dishpan, put an inch or so of dirt into it, add some rocks and sticks and a few small mud puddles to make a neat little habitat... catch a few salamanders and just watch them for a while... or until Mom says they've tormented them long enough and then they release them... :-)

Very few creatures (salamanders, frogs, snakes, turtles, etc.) are safe from being captured in our yard....

Hmm, first visit to the treehouse in quite a while...hey, wait a minit. The sign clearly states "No Girlz allowd", so what with all the lacy curtains and whine bottles? And the fridge ain't got no beers in it either! Uh oh, Garcias gonna be pissed. There's a fluffy, lacy pillow in his chair! Well, better go get some more beers for the fridge.... Alky stumps out of the treehouse....

Just wanted to stop by and celebrate Sharpe's return, and there wasn't a single beer around. Here, have one of these I just bought. [tosses one to ND and cracks one open for himself]. Here's a toast to a most promising 2002 season!

Later, Alkazar... have a great evening!

How's life treating you, ND? The weather here in Washington has been wonderful today... you couldn't ask for a nicer spring day. The leaves are starting to come out on all of my wild rose bushes... I love it when they bloom in early June. :-)
