Judging from your post am I to assume you played by the rules and are totally innocent here.......if you didn't ban me and the rest .....WHO DID? YOU have had plenty of opportunity to "set the record straight" since this all went dont, you know what was said on the Mane yet you said nothing and gave US NO CHANCE to defend ourselves I got absolutely NO warning whatsoever of ANY wrong doing EVER!.......it was just BAM lights out and the party was over. For someone who did nothing wrong you sure are trying to cover your ass........ Since you have tossed out accusations I wanna know just WHO sent threatening e mail and what they contained.......after all we've been accused and should have the right to confront our accuser..........can you show proof?? |

Let me share with you something I've observed in all of this. TC takes every opportunity to smear Meck, and all but admitted that he holds a grydge against him. Sportsfan seems to have a similar dislike for me. Does he hold a grudge over something as silly as my old avatar that he deleted and scolded me for ages ago?
This is interesting to me because of all the people who spoke up, raised hell, and eventually were banned, Meck and myself seem to really be on their minds the most. Why? Why is TC lying about Meck? Why is SF lying about me? It's their board. Do they really need to lie and throw so many smokescreens and lines of general bull**** to justify unruly posters? They shouldn't, but yet they do. Hmm. Just something I've been pondering. |

Can you believe his defense team tried to convince the jury that probation, and registering as a sex offender should be more than sufficient punishment?  I can't tell you how incredible it felt to hear that judge ask the bailiff to take him into custody! I wish there had been some way for me to thank the jurors. Only a couple of them would make eye contact with me when they entered the court room so I was afraid they were gonna cut him loose. I really feel justice has been served though. Specially since it's the "TEXAS" Pen. I know in my heart he's gonna get his!!!HC did wonderful. He's always our Rock! They wouldn't allow us in the court room for anyone elses testimony because we were both witnesses so I'm sure it was a real blessing that he didn't have to listen to a detailed account of what that animal did to his little girl. They did kind of drag us through the mud though. Told the jury our marriage was in trouble, and Tiffany's life was intolerable, and when the guy took her, it wasn't so he could rape her, it was because he loved her and wanted to save her. I'm glad HC didn't have to hear that said cuz he probly would have wrestled a pistol from someone and put the fat phuk out of our misery! Anyway, glad to have found ya'all, was worried sick about how to get in touch with you, I only have a few of your address's left in my address book from last Christmas! Obviously we need to remedy that. We should all learn from this, and make sure we have a back up means of contacting those that we care about should something like this happen and we can't find each other! |

Well damn HCH..........I was hoping for 15+ but I guess 7 is better than nothing and I know for a fact there is a reason why there is signs along the highways that say DONT MESS WITH TEXAS!.........Being a pedophile he will find life in the joint a tad bit rough.........oops......dont drop the soap....
 I cannot amagine how difficult it must have been for ya'll and I'm glad yer little girl didn't have to testify.......and IMO defense attorneys are most ways worse than the scum bags they defend........I dont know how the sleep at night with a clear conscience. |
