We all hate the Chiefs and Raiders... I hate the Chiefs more because they have been better throughout my youth and growing up. I don't really have any feelings towards the Chargers except pitty... I really don't even hate them.
So outside of the West who do you hate the most? When I was growing up, it used to be the teams that dismantled us in the super bowls. Time has faded those wounds and I've moved on. I would have to say Baltimore is number one on my list. They just always seem to punch us in the face and we back down from them. I hate that about them. They could rank dead last in offense and still find enough to score 21 points and beat us! ARGHH!!! I hate that. From the NFC I think I like the 49ers and Rams the least. Two most overated clubs ever. I'm glad SF will suck this year and the Rams are back down on their way to the basement. Anyways, feel free to chime in on who you hate! PS: Now that I'm thinking about it, I did get a little bit of joy on ESPN 2k5 when I slaughtered the Jagwads senselessly knocking Leftwhich out of the game with broken ribs. Nothing against him but I just pictured a #8 eluding the rush and robbing us of our 13-3 season. That loss to Jax in the playoffs during the 96' season still burns me. |

I hate the fuqqin Viqueens. The only team I hate more than them are the Sowboys. The only thing worse than seeing Parcell's fat ass on TV everytime someone inside the Sowboys organization farted was actually TALKING ABOUT THE SOWBOYS.
I hate them and the Vikings with a passion. And the Rams. Everyone else is just fine as long as they're not playing the Chiefs |

Baltimore. New kids on the block with a superbowl, a dominant criminal LB, a criminal RB, the former owners of Priest Holmes, a couple of serious upsets of the Broncos (including playoff drubbing), took Sharpe away for awhile, etc, etc....
They are like the new kid at school that came in, showed you no respect, got you in trouble with the principal, and stole your girlfriend. All without remorse. I feel a rivalry brewing here if they can play each other fairly consistently. |

all teams that play in new york are stupid and loathesome. this crosses sport boundaries. new york is a horrible city.
for instance right now the knicks are #2 at the loathesome mete. every arrogant, egotistical black man that can dribble wants to be overpaid by isiah thomas so he can party in the clubs. Last edited by yavoon; 07-27-2004 at 10:51 PM.. |

Baltimore is at the top of my list right now, but I still hold a grudge against the Jags, 49ers, Redskins, Giants, and Cowboys.

I highly dislike the Jags, mainly for that playoff upset.
I also hate the Cowboys, because their fans are so annoying here. Also, I don't actually dislike them, but they're my good friend's absolute favorite team, so I actively root against the Redskins just to get at him, just as he tells me how terrible the Broncos are. Believe me, the HOF game coming up never had so much riding on it... Ok maybe it's just a six pack, but the bragging rights will last the whole season... If the 'Skins win, I will literally hear it all season, even if they go 0-16. Oh and now I have to root against Portis too, because my boy has gone on telling me how bad of a trade it was for the Broncos, etc. I need Portis to suck in Washington, just to shut him up. It's a shame, I really like(d) him too. Even when he was getting traded he never said anything bad about anybody here, really mature and cool about the whole situation. Seems like a decent guy. |

Interesting answers... I especially like the analogy about Baltimore. They have just kicked our ass! At the same time I want revenge but I also want to dodge them... definately around playoff time. Tatum Bell vs. Ray Lewis? I want no part of that. I have a certain distain for the Vikings as well. I think its the whole Randy Moss thing. I don't like that guy very much.
Another team? Any team Jon Gruden coaches for... talk about overated! He won one super bowl and he didn't even put that team together! Hate-o-meter ranks like this... 1. KC- You have to win something to brag right? Well not if you're in KC. Getting to the playoffs is their super bowl, hence why they always get booted in the first round, usually in their own backfield. 2. Oakland- Two words: Al Davis 3. Baltimore- God I hate these guys... Raiders East except they are actually good. I can't wait until the ex-cons are off this team. Then I'll enjoy the pounding we will give them for a change. I'll give credit where credit is due though. Ozzie Newson has been a heck of a GM and has built these guys into mean SOB's. He would probably be my top GM if Denver needed to hire one. 4. Jagwads- I don't care how many years their fans must suffer... this team deserves to suck. There is nothing to like about them except Leftwhich who is a bow legged QB with a great arm. POUND EM' 5. tie- 49ers/Vikings- Randy Moss is a crack head... a great player but a crack head. Viking fans are almost as arrogant as Chief fans. Pretty close actually. I was talking to a Viking fan the other day who said if the Vikes would have made the super bowl in 98', they would have slaughtered Denver in the super bowl. Arrogance at its best. As for the 49ers... I just don't like them. They deserve all of these multiple rebuidling era's they've been going through. They are just a very easy team to hate, even when they are down. Just for fun, Rams get my #7 spot, Dolphins at #8... Browns are my #9, with the Chargers in there at #10 but that position is stretching it. There is no reason to dislike the Chargers, they suffer enough. They just suck. Last edited by bpc; 07-28-2004 at 12:28 AM.. |

I have a healthy respect/hatred for Baltimore because they've owned us in the last few years. As far as pure hatred just because I don't like them, I would say the 49ers. Their whole organization just rubs me the wrong way...

Ravens, easily. angryllama sums up my feelings on Baltimore perfectly.
I'd probably put the Dolphins next. It pisses the hell out of me when we lose to a team that has teal as one of its colors. Five years ago I would have said the Jaguars. But we haven't played them in so long that I've pretty much forgotten they even exist. |

I'll take the packers at the top of my list. I loathe that gay chant they do at home games....irritates me to no end. That lame bass line and then everyone chanting "go pack go". Yes. Go. And never come back.

Outside the AFC West?
I detest the dolphins with a passion. I truly can't express into words how delighted I am that they are imploding this offseason with no Ricky, Dan Noringo playing musical chairs with the GM position, three dolphins getting arrested or in trouble with the law, McMichael who thinks just because he can catch the ball, he doesn't need to block and thinks of himself as a prima donna. Their OLine in shambles and their O-Coordinator position virtually vacant. I can't stand the Colts either. Year in year out, they are tipped to go all the way only to choke badly in any sort of pressure game while Peyton remains Bill Belichick's biatch. Last edited by fontaine; 07-28-2004 at 01:30 AM.. |

1. Ravens: I am jumping on the bandwagon. Here's another reason to hate Baltimore: Brian Billick. Most arrogant, cocky sob coach in the NFL outside of Mike Martz. I really hated him when he started b****in about dumping the instant replay because he didn't realize Todd Heap was too much of pansy to take a lickin from Al Wilson. When TO went to Philly, I was actually stoked that he got his way.
2. Patriots: If you remember back to the 1997 season, some of the Patriots players started runnin their mouth bragging that they were the 96 AFC Champs and telling the media how Shannon Sharpe was going to get his on MNF. 5-0 Denver ended up blowing out 4-0 New England that week and the rest is history. Ever since that feud, I have never liked these guys. 3. Browns: The Broncos always had their number except for a few regular season games in the late 80s, but screw them. I did not like Marty Schottenheimer or Art Modell. You should have read the hate on the Browns board about our team before the regular season matchup last season. During the 1997 regular season game between Buffalo and Denver, the Bills invited the Browns fans from Cleveland to root against the Broncos and a banner hung in the endzone that read, "CLEVELAND STILL HATES ELWAY" 4. Bills: I hated them simply because the Broncos were the dominant AFC team of the late 80s and the Bills came in and had their run. I hated Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Andre Reed, Bruce Smith, Steve Tasker, Cornelius Bennett, Darryl Talley etc. The 1991 AFC Title Game still pisses me off. 5. Jaguars: The playoff lost hurt, but I loved kicking their butts in 97 and 98 after their players started running their mouths to the media. This had the makings of a great rivalry but unfortunately Denver hasn't played them since the 99 game on MNF. 6. The Old Houston Oilers 7. Miami Dolphins: My friend is always yappin every year about how the Dolphins are going to the Super Bowl and that Dan Marino is better than John Elway. 8. San Francisco 49ers: The most spoiled fans in the NFL. I am going to enjoy watching them go through years of 4-12, 5-11 under the ownership of Bill Bidwell II (John York). 9. Dallas Cowboys: No explanation needed. 10. Green Bay Packers: I ran into many of their fans in SD during the Super Bowl and they think they are royalty. They feel all other fans are inferior to them because of the history of their franchise. 11. Washington Redskins/New York Giants: XXI and XXII. Didn't like the Giants either for spoiling the Broncos' perfect season. |

Ravens without a doubt! I think I've stated before how Denver always seems to play scared against them. Just once would I like to beat the hell out of them. The Monday-night game when Denver self-destructed bothers me more than the loss to J-Ville in the playoffs.

I know they said outside of the AFC West, but here's the list in order:
Raiders, Cowboys, Dolphins, 49ers, Jags & Ravens The Chiefs and Bolts are an annoyance for a season or two here and there and then it's back down to the bottom of the divison where they belong. |
