Ugh. Some of the video I've seen from the crash site is truly horrific. It's one thing to hear an arbitrary number of casualties. Seeing their mangled remains puts it into perspective. Someone needs to pay for this.

Not sure about any of this but I do know I'm never going to fly on a plane going to or coming from Malaysia.

The most interesting thing here to me is that the plane was at 10K meters. That puts it well outside the range of any MANPADS that may be deployed there. The SA-11 is the replacement for the SA-6, and has similar crew and communications requirements. This wasn't just some crazy bastard with a shoulder-fired SAM, this was a planned and commanded shoot-down that involved multiple sites/vehicles; one for the designation radar and one launcher, at least. Not an accident.

I guarantee you will or already have a Russian scrub team in there cleaning up the mess before investigators arrive.

I think the proverbial cat is already out of the bag on that. Of course, they can (and will) deny, deny, deny. And I really don't think Vladimir Putin himself ordered some terrorist flunky to shoot down a commercial airplane. More likely, the terrorist flunky, who was doing his terrorizing on the Russian's dime, took some initiative, and shot down what he thought was a military plane. That doesn't make the Russians any less responsible.

Too late. And they are amateurs compared to the gigantic coverup our government orchestrated after TWA 800 was blown out of the sky.

9/11, too. This is pretty crazy, but I heard the whole thing was the result of mini-nukes.

They're just struggling over at Fox right now to find a way to blame this on Obama. Don't worry. Give them a day or two and they'll slap together a solid propaganda narrative that they'll all be able to recite word for word.

As long as they don't feel that tingle up their leg like Chis Matthews said he does when it comes to Obama..I'm sure they will..

What is Obama responsible for? All you ever post is why whatever is going on is not his fault. Fine I accept that. So what can he take credit for?

Coincidentally, nothing positive has happened during his tenure, so the "answer" should prove pretty interesting.

I'm going to guess it'll be spun around a "getting our troops home" focal point

It was a joke about Fox. Relax. I agree that Obama is a crappy president and I'm sure he's responsible for all kinds of stuff. It's just that, over at Fox, they'd blame him for the Titanic if they could figure out a way to do it.

Why does the news keep calling this a "crash?"

The only thing that crashed was the debris that fell to earth after it was blown out of the sky.

Yeah. Obama called it a "disaster." A disaster is an earthquake or a hurricane. This was a crime against humanity.

Biden got it right. He said it was, "...blown out of the sky."

Fox doesn't blame Obama for anything. You dont watch Fox so you don't know. Talk about willful ignorance. They REPORT THE REAL NEWS. Not the phukcing beer summit or spend 2 MONTHS on MH370.

Real news is the IRS, Fast and Ferious, and border invasion, VA, Bergdahl hostage exchange, ect....

What I love the most is, the news report it as "rebels" shooting it down. Okie dokie.
