While a sad fact, turnout was actually up over previous primaries.

Dude has a Doctorate in Economics. Don't think you'll have much luck playing that "angle."

Any career politician getting brat is fine with me. Changes can not occur if we keep recycling the same people over and over again.

Yeah, but the radicals rule the primaries. That could possibly happen on the Democratic side in a few years as more liberal candidates could try to unseat "the establishment" that is what happened to Dennis Kucinich.

I agree and although I am for immigration reform I like the idea of Hispanics turning their anger towards Republicans.

I read 100,000 white people die every month and 80,000 Hispanics turn 18 every month. The math does not add up for the Republicans and it looks like they refuse to change their platform and are doubling down. This is fine with me. They can keep doing their Voter id laws and their poll taxes but in the end it will only make the opposition stronger.

Only usually happens though when the electorate's in an insurgent mood anyway. Which seems like it's fairly often anymore.

Good for you and the democratic party, maybe you and all the Hispanic voters can establish a healthy and robust economy along with a dynamic federal government structure just like they have in Mexico. I will admit I love mexican food and do you think maybe Baja would come home?

Brat posted these 6 points.

1, "That the free enterprise system is the most productive supplier of human needs and economic justice,

2. "That all individuals are entitled to equal rights, justice, and opportunities and should assume their responsibilities as citizens in a free society,

3. "That fiscal responsibility and budgetary restraints must be exercised at all levels of government,

4. "That the Federal Government must preserve individual liberty by observing Constitutional limitations,

5. "That peace is best preserved through a strong national defense,

6. "That faith in God, as recognized by our Founding Fathers is essential to the
moral fiber of the Nation."

Many many more candidates like Brat, is exactly what this country needs.

Obama's response to a horrendous string of expected f-ups on foreign policy is to start illegally using drones to bomb Pakistani's again.

All the Socialist Progressives remain silent.

Hardly. He pledges to uphold the US Constitution, which is in stark contrast to the Socialist Progressives currently in power.

"Adam Smith’s God and the End of Economics,"
"An Analysis of the Moral Foundations in Ayn Rand,"
"God and Advanced Mammon—Can Theological Types Handle Usury and Capitalism?" "The Moral Foundations of Capitalism, From the Great Generation to Financial Crisis."

Sabbatical Book Project Ethics as Leading Economic Indicator? What went
Wrong? Notes on the Judeo-Christian Tradition and Human Reason

He also been heavy influenced by Ayn Rand
