Couldn't agree with you more, bro. I think everyone's on the hot seat. We're in win now mode.

Elway might just burn this thing to the ground and move the franchise to LA.

What are you gonna do if Wes doesn't have a good camp? Set his country music award on fire?

You're lying to yourself if you don't think Elway is considering this.

Welker is safe. He caught 77 balls last year and scored 10 or 11 TDs. He will play out his contract.

Yes, the obvious move when you are in WIN NOW mode is to cut one of your most reliable and productive offensive players so you can sign other guys that are already on the roster to future long term deals.

Never said welker was getting cut but if he doesn't have a good camp ( lost a step, injured) and we need an extra few million bc a guy goes down then , yeah, Wes is the first to go. Just watch.

I'm pretty sure Wes's contract is now guaranteed. The broncos will obviously have to cut Manning

Don't forget that Bowlen is broke, too. He can't afford Wes' contract so don't be surprised if he cut's Welker and moves the team to LA. Lightrail Foneco NotTooShabby on two...break!

Denver has 5,477,666 million dollars in cap room right now. Should we cut Wes Welker it goes from that to, 4,978,500. You might want to just delete this thread.

Pretty sure the Broncos gave Welker his $3M roster bonus in March.

Elway is covering bases. Sanders is a guy who replaces Decker's production this year and next year when Welker is not re-signed moves into the slot. Lattimer was drafted to learn this year and take on a starting role next year. Also, with there being no guarantees that the team can re-sign DT it is smart to have a talented guy waiting in the wings.
