"He's a physical specimen, and when he plays, he plays his size," Gase said, via Rob rang of CBS Sports.

"To see him catch the ball as well as he does and then his blocking is unbelievable. I don't think I've really seen a college guy go after it the way he has in the past, and hopefully he just carries that over to this level."
Watching him develop is going to be hella sweet. He has a bright future ahead of him provided he remaining humble, hard working and injury free.

It was a scramble format, and Latimer was proud to say he excelled with his driver – enough so that the group played off his tee shot several times. Now Latimer is hooked, and he plans on buying his first set of clubs soon.

Latimer relished the bonding time with Manning on the course, especially since his time on the field with Manning has been limited because of permanent nerve damage in his arm, an injury he suffered 10 years ago in a car accident which left him with a claw for a hand and unable to catch a football.

He said he was surprised anyone would pick him after watching his claw hand drop passes in limited participation in the combine this offseason. The team is choosing to throw away lots of time and money hoping his claw hand will develop into a form where passes will wedge between his nerve damaged arm and body then ease him slowly back into practices this spring. Latimer was excused from Denver's three practices this week so he could have his claw hand amputated and replaced with a hook.

Latimer knows he's in a similar situation as some pirate dude he saw in Pirates of the Caribbean, who was also recovering from amputation and hook appendage screwed into his bone for the 2010 movie, as well as some dude named Darrius Watts.

"[Thomas] told me to take it easy, don't rush into it. He said it's going to bother me a little bit, and it's one of those injuries that takes a while to heal," Latimer said.

Is there a football player anywhere that understands you must keep the sun to your back and on the faces of your subject if you want anything like a decent photo?

It sucks cause nobody knew about JT last year I took him in fantasy with a late pick. Now that everybody knows he has talent he'll be taking off early in the draft.

yep, I took JT super late last year and he paid off huge. I'll probably draft Lattimer late just for giggles, but JT will be gone well before the second round. The thing about drafting JT early is he may--I say may--get hurt again and not play a full season. If he's sitting there in round two when I draft I'll take him but I still am afraid he's another injury away from not playing a full season.

I took him a little early in my FF draft last year just cause I wanted to be the smartest guy in the room. My team sucked, but at least I had that small victory.

And the injury is true of any player

I got JT off waivers in my league and man, what a payoff last year. Won't happen again I am sure.

Me too I took him last pick in both of my drafts. I got comments from WTF who is he to my friend who is a bronco fan mentioned I should get him. Anyone I knew who wasn't in my leagues I told them pick him with your last pick in the Draft. They all thanked me later.

Sanders is going to rock this year. Might be the best FA pickup /value of all

Can't wait to see how they use him

Another sleeper will be Hillman or C J Anderson, whom ever is our number two back.

I wouldn't touch any of our running backs at all personally.

Most wouldn't that's why they are sleepers.

No, most wouldn't because it would be a poor fantasy move

I'd take a flyer on the one who emerges as the second back.

The ONLY way I would touch one would be if I had no choice and Ball would be the only guy I would think about. The others would just be a waste, only valuable to handcuff Ball...and even then who knows which one it would be.

so does the big guy make a more immediate impact given Welker's suspension? Sanders in the slot with Thomas¸² and Cody on the field?
