Not surprised with the low testosterone result.

I suspected the same after the Disney Princess poll you started.

Fact is the Khan we know and love would never start such a poll or be arguing about Ariel and Belle.

Hopefully you can get some meds for that.

Be well, buddy.

If you really want to up your test have multiple affairs.

No to the Low T, but I have gout and borderline high cholesterol - the diets for both are basically all carbs for gout and no carbs for the other. The gout is fine unless I eat/drink something that triggers a flareup, which I found out is.... BEER (and omega-3/fish oil pills to a lesser degree). Sucks, and everyone who knows me, knows that 1) I loved beer and 2) was quite the beer snob. The good thing is, it takes 4-5 beers to set it off, but I've really just given it up. Probably had 3 half-beers in the last 2 years. Better than waking up in the middle of the night with my toe feeling like someone is driving a spike into it cranked up to a thousand degrees. Plus, I can be a rum/whiskey/whisky/scotch/bourbon snob now

At least exercise is good for both, though I hurt both my hammys back in October and just got them back to 100% in the last month or so (the older I get the longer I have to warm up and I didn't do that before a run).

Hmm, harmless flirting....

Okay, I'll give it a shot, Oh Khan, (bats eyelashes flirtatiously) baby you look sooo sexy today. Me love you long time. Oh wait, sorry that was something I saw on TV once.

My suggestion, hit up wife #5, she's a total flirting ho. On the other hand, maybe you have too many wives, get rid of 6 - 12, but maybe keep 9 because she's good at fixing cars.

The bad news is some of these meds can cause Gynecomastia. The good news is you can feel up yourself after the Gynecomastia.

Mine was just over 400 when i got mine tested. Some old dude I know like 70's is super high like 650 lol so go figure.

What sucks is the testosterone treatments aren't safe.

A friend of mine went on testosterone when they were trying to have a baby. He flipped out hard core and and destroyed a bar and spent a few days in jail. I've know him for a long time and he is a pretty easy going guy.

Not saying this would happen to you but be careful.

I suggest you chase Testosterone round the moons of Nibia and round the Antares Maelstrom and round Perditions flame before you give up.

I've wondered the same thing Khan, hit 40, picked up the spare tire, tired a lot, sex drive is "meh" etc. But I HAVE noticed that when I work out regularly, after a week or two, suddenly all I want to do is pounce on my wife regularly. So it's probably not a good sign that your work outs aren't making any difference that way.

That was my very helpful .02 worth.

And also...

"LOW TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT TTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!"

The magic underwear only works to kill sex drive as no one is sexy in magic underwear.

I know none of my wives are.

For the most part, low t seems like another marketing ploy by big pharma.

Kinda what I'm thinking. On par with "restless leg syndrome."

I was going to answer, but my billion ng started distracting me.

You want to know who else did testosterone therapy? Ben Affleck in the poignant Lifestories; Families in Crisis entitled Body to Die For, that's who! This is a game you don't want to play, Mister Kahn, sir! If you go this route, maybe you would like to see a glimpse into your future. See the video below!

Never mind guys. Nothing to worry about due to the expert medical expertise of mighty smurf and northernist Californeeway. I had blood and hormone tests done in a lab, but they probably know better because of blogs...and stuff. Likely big pharma paid off my endocrine system.

Your right, you should always trust your doctor. Because medical degrees and lab coats n' stuff.

Its not like pharmaceutical medicine isnt a gigantic revenue stream with tons of people dying from it every year.
