I'm not sure Moreno gone. He said he hopes it's not over in Denver, and the RB deals are pretty light.

He may choose 2 million a yr from broncos over 2.5 million on some other team like the Raiders etc, where he knows he will lose.

Moreno probably looking at 1 yr deals from this point on.

That's both a #1 and #2 CB along with their #1 Slot WR and an outside WR with similar measurable to Decker.

I believe they've lost basically no-one of consequence to FA outside of Brandon Spikes.

They still have Wilfork too.

We're losing key (known) players or contributors Decker, DRC, Ayers, Knowshon and Woodyard. Also Beadles, though I never thought he was that good.

It all comes down to the draft for us at this point.

You could say...

Decker, DRC, Ayers, Knowshon, Adams - Woodyard and Beadles.

Sanders, Talib, Ware, Ball, Ward for the first five I suppose.
So they've improved by signing a number 2 receiver they didn't have and a number 2 CB who hasn't played in over a year. They haven't made themselves that much better

We lost contributors and replaced them with equals or betters. They've lost Losing Woodyard hurts because he has been a favorite player and team captain for years, but Trevathan has taken his job and run with it so on the field we haven't lost anything. We aren't losing anything but a leader and Ware makes up for that. Ball was outplaying Moreno by the end of last season, so all we need is a backup at the position. Beadles is the only glaring hole we are missing that hasn't been filled yet. Ward is leaps and bounds better than Adams which fills a huge need. Ware is way better than Ayers could ever hope to be and that fills another need. DRC is a far more complete corner than DRC. we improved drastically and they have added marginal improvements.

Without a doubt the Talib/Welker thefts, then getting Ware has sent the Pats away from there we draft our talent, and errr go for bargains, errrr, we don't go wild in FA because we draft so awesome.

pass on Djax.. to expensive and not sure PFM has the gun to take advantage of his down field speed regardless so for us he loses his upside.

Was there an uproar when Royal went before Jackson in 2008?

I'm just asking because I was on a free trip to Bermuda that weekend.

Anyway, he has talent, but I don't think his personality fits.

Pass.

Sadly Denver could have had him but Shanny drafted Eddie Royal instead.

Yep. Non topic for us, unless he ends up with a rival afc team. If he goes to NE I'm gonna be very annoyed/slightly concerned.

Yeah they could but they'd be half the team without him up front. They have no-one but Chandler Jones on that line if he goes.

They had 2 scrubs starting there last year in Chris Jones and Vellano, they want no part of having either have to start this year again.

Plus the time to cut Wilfork was before Melton just signed for the Cowboys. There isn't much left in FA to help them up the middle.

Sealver Siliga (who was with us originally) was apparently dominating for them at DT until meeting us in the playoffs.

Who knows.

They're getting Jerod Mayo back too.

Yeah... No. He is too damn consumed with pay raises every 2-3 years.
I don't mind players wanting top dollar but damn. He takes it too far too often.

We have Welker and Sanders. We need a big outside WR with go up and get it skills.

Not sure how you figure that. They've lost Spikes and Talib, they're going to lose Wilfork. Who have we lost? Decker and Woodyard; two mid-level talents.

...Jackson ... took to Instagram on Friday to post several videos of highlights with new Jets quarterback Michael Vick. Jackson also posted a picture of then-USC coach Pete Carroll on a recruiting visit. Carroll, of course, is now the coach of the Seahawks. Jackson also shared a photo of Panthers quarterback Cam Newton from the Pro Bowl, and he also posted a picture with Raiders fullback Marcel Reece.

I wonder why there's so much turmoil between DJax and the Eagles. Cooper is far from a number 1 option, didn't Maclin leave also?
