I actually got to give San Diego props. They were playing great football at the end of the season. I'd be surprised if they don't clinch a playoff berth next year.

Miami on the other hand has a bunch of scrubs on their oline.

Their OL this year will be much better than the one they had last year when they finished 8-8. Both Martin and Ingonito were out most of the year last year. They will be improved, Moreno will help too.

I totally forgot that they signed Knowshon. He's going to be a huge upgrade in pass protection for Miami

Problem with Shazier and Mosley are you're going to have to trade a 3rd or a 4th to move up to get one. A hefty price, but a price I'd pay. We need an upgrade over Woodyard, not a downgrade.
If Shazier falls past 24, i think he's ours.

But who knows.

Seahawks, Richard Sherman near deal to make him top-paid NFL CB

The Seattle Seahawks have made considerable progress towards getting corner Richard Sherman signed to a long-term contract, according to sources with knowledge of the situation. Both sides are hopefully of getting the deal done prior to the May 8-10 NFL Draft.

The Seahawks are prepared to make Sherman the NFL's highest-paid corner -- and the deal will surpass Darrelle Revis's $12M compensation for 2014 -- the questions remains by just how much.

Several league sources anticipate the contract will be worth more than $13M a season when finalized, with the Seahawks reluctant to go to $14M thus far. The corner market has undergone a reset in recent years, with Revis' $16 million-a-year deal with Tampa seen as an outlier. Unable to trade that contract, Revis was released and signed with the Patriots for what amounts to a one-year, $12M deal.

It will be interesting to see how the Seahawks do this year. I think we are headed for a rematch.

The confirmation some have doubted:

The Broncos also figure to be awarded four compensation picks coming next year. Compensation picks can’t be traded but they can be stuffed in Elway’s back pocket as he attempts to deal away other 2015 picks.

I figured we'd get between 2-4, how high is anyones guess.

Not sure if Elway knows how many we'll get next year.

Already told ya, it'll be a minimum of two 4th rounders, a 6th and a 7th. If I'm wrong I'll disappear for a month.

You think we get picks for Beadles, DRC, Phillips and Moreno?

I'm guessing one of Beadles/DRC and add Ayers for one of Beadles/DRC.

For a 4th, 6th, 6th, 7th.

And you dont post much lol, no one would know

If released, any interest in these guys?

Quote:
Michael Roos - T - Titans

Following the selection of OT Taylor Lewan at No. 11 overall, TitansInsider.com reports there's some "talk" the Titans could "move" LT Michael Roos. Roos is in the final year of his deal and is owed a $6.625 million base salary, all of which the Titans could get out from under by releasing him. He's missed just one start since his 2005 rookie season and has been an above-average left tackle for years. Cutting Roos and replacing him with Lewan would only make sense financially.

Stevie Johnson - WR - Bills

WGR 550 Buffalo expects the Bills to "do what they can" to try and trade Stevie Johnson.
Following the pick of Sammy Watkins at No. 4 overall last night, the Bills now have a glut of receivers. Johnson is due a $3.65 million salary and had a bit of a rocky relationship with the new coaching staff last season. With Watkins in the fold, we'd expect he and Mike Williams to handle outside duties with Robert Woods working mostly in the slot. Marquise Goodwin will be the situational deep threat. The Bills are likely looking for a mid- to late-round pick for Johnson.

I never understand that type of thought process. The reason you drafted Watkins is because your WR corp was average at best. You now want to take your 2nd best WR and deal him away and thin your WR corp even more.

According to them, Watkins (and Stevie's attitude) makes him expedible.

I'd hate that trade immensely if I were a Buffalo fan.

After 3 games I must say that Sanders is a big improvement over Decker.

He's not tripping over the turf, and he isn't constantly whining to the ref. I'd say you are correct...

Time again it proved that how important coaching is..You can have all superstars in the team..but, we need someone to motivate them and it starts with coaching.
