The only positions that could start are LG, MLB, and thats about it.

I'd love Ford at 31.

OL/MLB, yes.

A CB isnt starting over Talib or Harris.

Same with DE and Ware or Wolfe/Jackson.

Not many RB's if any will start over Ball.

I don't see LG, and unless it's Mosley I don't see MLB.

That statement made no sense.
Oh, ok.

Yeah, i can see DT in the 1st depending if Hageman or Jernigan were there, possibly even Nix too.

Nope don't see a rookie LG beating out Clark, Franklin, Montgomery, or Man Ram.

So you also think Shazier can play MLB.

I don't see a rookie having any problems beating out Man Ram or Clark at LG.
Clark is a T and IMO the 3rd best one we have on the roster.
Man Ram is not a good OG, Franklin I still do not believe is moving from RT.

Su'a-Filo,Yankey,Jackson are all guys I could easily see starting at LG for us and not just after a few regular season games.

I'm partial to Zumwalt or Bullough for MLB if we don't get Mosley.
With that said. I would rather just have Mosley and call it a position.

Well Justice, Clark, Franklin, Painter will battle for RT. if anyone wins besides Franklin, I'm sure he will be playing LG.

Clark isnt playing LG, he's better suited as the 6th-OL, other 3 probably not.

Trev at MLB until Shazier fills out.

I like Clark as the swing tackle. I like Franklin at RT. But I could see a scenario where he is moved to LG. I just don't think a LG in the first round is better than trading back and still getting a LG.

I thought Trev could play MLB, and that could be an option if Shazier lasts until 31.

We could also use Irving as a two down thumper, or sign a player in free agency. And then add a sub package speed guy in the middle rounds.

If the Broncos want to get the defense tougher the answer is Shazier, who is flat out nasty and a hitting machine, an Al Wilson type guy...if they want a three down guy Mosely might still be there.

putting an undersized will at mike hasn't worked the repeated times Denver has done it in the past why would Denver use a 1st rounder just to do it again? Shazier's game is based on his speed not his instincts so why would Denver draft him in the 1st, wait for him to add weight (and have Trev play out of position), and move him to a position he is ill-suited?

Shazier is more like Thomas Davis than Al Wilson imo.

RB is definitely not happening. John Fox does not start rookie running backs.

And Peyton Manning would slap you upside the head for thinking a rookie Center would be starting with ManRam and Montegomary signings.

I prefer to trade back given the depth of this draft.

He could move to LG but with adding Montgomery, it might of lessened his shot to move to G.

Not really sure where Shazier would play if we got him.

Shazier is a thumper, a hard hitting LB quick to the point of attack with lesser outside movement. He'd be in the middle right?

He's best when chasing plays down from the back side. I don't love his instincts, and I question him holding up in the middle.

He would be a great WLB and subpackage LB. Not sold on him at MLB.

Hopefully Montgomery is the back up Center Guard. But with Clark, Justice, Painter, Franklin, there's lots of competition at RT.

You must have the wrong prospect. He can thump, he's not a two down thumper, he's a run and hit kind of guy, who is quick sideline to sideline.

Shazier is more playmaking swarmer than thumper.

Neither of those guys offer anything that Nate Irving doesn't already have.

Pierre-Louis - 6th rounder, not enough college production to step in and start from day 1. Not an impact player. Would you trust him on a Superbowl run? I wouldn't. Trevathan was a MUCH better player coming into the NFL, and only had 33 tackles as a rookie.

Telvin Smith - 6'3 and 218, built like a WR. Could develop in a couple years. We don't have that long.

Jordan Tripp - Who the heck knows? From his 5 minutes of game video I've managed to find, he doesn't appear to take angles very well. That's all I got.

Howard Jones - Played DE for Div. II Shepherd. I don't think I need to go any further.
