NDSU had a good class too, but we are still gonna be crap next year. Guess that's okay after winning back-to-back-to-back FCS Championships. Our class was better than Colorado's.

And this is why when people ask me what my favorite college football team is I say the 90's Buffs. Nothing to get excited for or root for with the current generation of Buffalo football. Wretched doesn't even begin to describe them.

I wouldn't go that far. Baylor,UCF,MSU,Wisky and many others were highly successful without top tier classes.
The coaching matters a ton. CU is way behind the 8 ball due to several issues. Most of it being cheap.

Nowhere to go but up. Have to hope that they landed some steals in the 2 and 3 star recruits they signed. Probably not going to get many blue chippers anytime soon, but if they can get a higher percentage of upper 3 star recruits, there's a better chance to improve the program. That's how the basketball program turned around at least.

I like Shay Fields (WR), Cade Apsay (QB), and Donovan Lee (ATH). Just need more of those type of players

losing dotson to udub hurt

Let me know when they play in the big one....the goal is to be the best, which means play in the big game!! How the hell are 90% of college D1 schools suppose to have a shot at that. Like I said, I still love the Buffsand watch the offseason activity as well as all the games, but lets not act like even 10 teams really have a shot to win it in any given year.

Peyton wasn't a five star recruit? Seriously?

Edit: Nevermind just saw the disclaimer that the older players on the team predate the current rating system.

There are only 2 teams that have played for the title in the BCS era so that is a small sample size.
Getting a BCS bowl isn't exactly a small feat.

Without even looking, I know that Bill Snyder is going to polish up more turds (but good turds). That's how he has always rolled...

Eh...Rivals ranks this year's class as 45th in the nation. That would make it the highest-rated class in Bill Snyder's second tenure. We'll see...
