Default Pre-Super Bowl Feast!

What's yer menu? Need something to chow on while watching all the pre-game hype. Time to start getting it together. Here's mine:

Buffalo Wings w/bleu cheese sauce (and some celery dipping sticks)
Two racks of slow cooked ribs dripping with BBQ sauce
BBQ'd Canino's Italian sausages
BBQ'd burgers (my sons have to have burgers whenever I Q)
World famous potato salad
Wavy chips with onion dip
Dark chocolate celebration cake

I was thinking of cutting off my friends skin tag and throwing it into the nacho dip. What do you guys think?

If making nachos, I super highly recommend Santiago's Green Chile. The hot one! It's incredibly tasty. I usually make my own, but that chile is soo good.. slather your nachos in it!

I have loads of stuff on my menu.. not sure what to make first. I buy it at King Soopers. You'll be tempted to buy Stinky's chile.. don't do it. Get Santiago's.

Philly cheese fries.....

Some thinly sliced then chopped ribeye and onions (I also add mushrooms), seasoned with Philly cheesesteak seasoning, liberally heaped on top of some steak fries, or crinkle cuts and covered with some cheese.....feel free to add peppers if desired, and a salad (gotta eat healthy ya know)

Same as last 2 weeks. Wing stop for the family 30 min before kickoff. Normally, the SB would call for a menu and such... But right now, the mojo is more important.

Agreed. Santiago's is great. So much better than Stinks.

As much as I'd love to dump that on my nachos, I can't fk with the recipe. Or else I'd screw with the mojo.

Nachos with Orange Crush FTW.

Smoked tri-tip, baked beans, potato salad, and a lot of Michelob Light with an occasional Don Julio Anejo tequila to celebrate every Broncos score!
