He was the difference in this game. He made 3 or 4 tackles on runs that looked extraordinary, and then the sack was just amazing for a guy his size. At least two of those plays happened with NE threatening. If you had gotten just good to very good play from that spot, the Patriots score at least 10 more points. What you got was pro-bowl play.

He reminded me of Ted Washington who played for Buffalo and then NE - capable of just blowing things up in the middle.

The parallels to our ZBS and play action game of long ago are eerie. Lynch is deadly on the cut.

LOVE how Knighton played yesterday. MVP of the defense the last few weeks, if not the season.

Probably has something to do with Alex Gibbs setting it all up for them back in 2010.

On the NE two point try he actually submarined and got a hold of the backs feet before Phillips came and finished it off.

I'm trying to think about another player that made such a dramatic leap in performance during the last quarter of a season? It's really quite remarkable.

The light turned on. Gotta love it. This guy has been huge for us down the stretch. He'll need to be great again during the super bowl.

Big ups to Knighton. He was one of the most sought after free agents on Bronco forums and he's stepped up big this year. It's nice to see him embracing everything during his stay this year.
