There was talk of Bailey's foot injury being serious this past weekend and he could miss several weeks, so Lisfranc being ruled out is an encouraging sign. The Broncos are having a rough day with ESPN also reporting that outside linebacker Von Miller could be suspended for six games and not the previously reported to be four games.

Holy ****. Even the myopic ranters of the Timmy Try-Hard contingent are fed up with this babbling idiot.

yes, continue to make this about luigi and avoid the truth about champ ! derail this conversation too by whinning about the chef instead of allowing yourself to recognize that champ has let his teammates down !

It wasn't so much the pain from the Lisfranc sprain in his left foot that had sidelined Bailey through much of the season. It wasn't so much the rust from having not played in six weeks. It wasn't so much the injury or rust or his relatively advanced age of 35.

Bailey revealed recently that he's dealing with the dreaded Lisfranc injury, albeit a much milder version than the one that forced All-Pro left tackle Ryan Clady under the knife and ended his season last month
baily said it yet no one else has called it a lisfranc and still described as a MILDER version.
cleared to play, cleard to practice.
champ is keeping himself out.

If people would put this clown on ignore or at least stop quoting him this board would be much more enjoyable to the rest of us during the final stretch of this great season.

Please do us all a big favor and start ignoring this guy.

I think most of us can take the Raging Ortboner's Myopia diagnosis with the grain of salt it's worth.

In the two full games Bailey has played, opposing quarterbacks were not afraid to go after him. That was the first clue something was wrong. The last time such courage was displayed, Bailey had a combined 19 interceptions with 401 return yards in the 2005-06 seasons.

champ has been living off the rep he earned in 2005-6
he has been unchallenged essentially since, avoided, ignored. But now that he is a target he knows he cant survive the challenge, he himself says its about confidense and fear !

So wait. A thread you started to repent for your Ortbonerdom proves you weren't an Ortboner?

I am glad for Champ. And I'm hoping he has a great game in 2 weeks. Denver needs him to play well.

But let's see what happens after the SB.

As I've already said in this thread there are only 3 (or maybe 4) possibilities:

1. Champ retires. Unlikely
2. Champ takes a SIGNIFICANT pay cut. Very likely
3. Champ goes to another team. It's possible, maybe he'll go to the Jet like Steve Atwater did
4. Champ take a pay cut AND switches to safety. (This is my prediction, btw.)
