Like what, a shoulder injury? Seems to me Peyton only had ankle issues. So if you're wrong about manning you could easily be wrong about Wolfe. Food poisoning drops weight. Add in a neck injury and stress and the ability to gain the weight back is hard. If it's diabetes it should've been caught sooner with all the tests and physicals these guys go through when signs appeared weeks ago.

I'm confused. I thought you said Hali was the better of the two. This shows that Houston is CLEARLY the better one. Are you wrong or is the list flawed?

Seems that way huh. If someone has real knowledge of something the first thing they do is run to a message board saying you know more than others yet can't reveal it? I understand the inside info, can't reveal sources, job rules, etc etc, but announcing you got secret info that cannot be told sounds childish.

Defensive end Derek Wolfe has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game at Kansas City.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Please see below for a statement from the Denver Broncos on defensive end Derek Wolfe:

“Broncos defensive end Derek Wolfe is currently being treated at a Denver hospital after becoming ill on the team’s bus to Denver International Airport on Friday.

“After the club’s medical staff examined him, he was taken to the hospital by ambulance for testing and observation.

“At this time, Wolfe is continuing to be evaluated by doctors to determine the cause of his symptoms.”

No Vick, now no Wolfe. Will be interesting to see how much this impacts the run D.

To be fine one hour, and in an ambulance the next doesn't sound like the flu.

I4jelway is legit.

Get well Wolfe

Hopefully it isn't anything too serious for his long-term health. We're definitely thin on the defensive line, but KC might be thin on their offensive line as well.

I4jelway is legit at guessing

Get well Wolfe
FYP

Regardless, it doesn't sound good. Sudden onset illness, ambulance trip, kept overnight for testing (assumption that he was kept overnight based on Broncos statement), it's all no bueno

Hopefully, whatever it is, it's not contagious, affecting the whole team......

Though possibly conicidental, the whole thing is kind of odd coming right on the heels of the news that he's playing 20 pounds lighter this season, and not by choice.
