Default Frauds

We say that about KC, and they may well be in all fairness.

But we need to look closer to home. In the Manning era we have beaten absolutely ****ing nobody. No Alex Smith, sit the **** down, you don't count. We're frauds who beat up on a weak AFC and when we face even a decent team (Indy, Houston last year), we lose. If you count KC a good team, they're one of two quality wins we have, the other being @ Baltimore who subsequently dumped us out on our ass last year.

If it's cold - we suck
If we're playing a good team - we suck.
Pressure situation - we suck

Playoffs that's the scenario. We're ****ed. The day this team does anything of note is the day i walk into the Vatican and get a **** off the pope.

Then go follow the Jaguars. That way, you have no hope to lose. Christ, man, take a pill.

We're not frauds. We'll probably finish 13-3 with a 1 or a 2 seed. The problem is that Tom Brady is physically stronger, healthier and a better cold weather QB than Peyton. They spotted us a 17 spot at home. That's not going to happen again.

We are frauds.

To whoever said it, want some facts? Look at the strength of our wins in terms of record. Look at who we lose to. Look how we do it. This team's last three losses could have been put in a book on how to blow a game. Final scoreboards are fact enough to me.

How about tonight's scoreboard, blowing a twenty four ****ing point lead?

How about Manning's 70 passer rating tonight? Or the fact he had THREE clear chances to win the game for us with the score tied and did not, nor even look like he could.

How about the fact that the AFC goes through Tom Brady and Belichick and Peyton Manning is 4-10 against them and we've lost 4 straight to them in humiliating fashion?

This team has one and done written all over it. I know it, half of you will flame me but know it deep down, the other half will just nod and agree. Anyone who thinks this team can win in the cold in January, when we could be as low as a 5 seed, is in cloud cuckoo land.

settle down. NE is a tough place to go in and get a win, and they are a damn good team. If we can hang with them there, we will throttle them in Denver.

There are no unbeaten teams in the league - everyone has ups and downs. There are no teams so much better than everyone else that can count on winning each game on the road.

We probably have committed fraud a time or two, but have not been convicted...so, it can't be fraud.

We aren't frauds. We barely lost to a good Patriot team in their house.

Last year when the #1 seed Texans went into Foxboro they got destroyed. That's fraud. Just ask Med.

I thought the team showed heart when we lost momentum. Concerns? Yes, but not frauds

Not sure about frauds. But we do have a dome quarterback while not being a dome team. That's a problem.

Weakest Pats team since 2009. And we had a 24 point lead, we should be commended for not being blown out? Jesus.

Funny you mention last season's Texans. Look what that loss did to them. This wont be as blatantly destructive but we wont win a superbowl on the back of this and for a team in "WIN NOW" mode, we may as well be 6-10 as one and done, it's all worthless.

We've lost twice to good teams on the road by a combined 9 points. You whiners can go **** yourselves.

It's frustrating in the way we've lost a few of these (tonight and last year in the playoffs). I wouldn't go as far to say we are frauds. Both games were in our grasp and they slipped away. A fraud team would have been routed.

I feel the pain, these MF'ers sting in a big way. But I still think we've got a really good team. Just last week the Pats lost to the Panthers. Teams lose games. Hopefully we finish strong and get that #1 seed.

So when have we beaten a good team in the Manning era? At all?

Thats dangerously close to the **** the Chiefs fans were out with last week.."moral victories". Jesus wept.

Normally I agree with your posts. And normally I am the ultimate optimist. But to lose a 24 point lead in one half...and to lose the game in OT by such a ridiculous mistake. Just makes you wonder.

OF COURSE we are a great team. But why can't we close out the really important ones?

Off the top of my head, and I'm pretty drunk right now, the Ravens at their house last year. They did win the SB, after all.

Hey, if you and the others who think the season is over because of the second loss, stop watching! Seriously why would you waste your time if you think it's all for naught. Go take up stamp collecting or something. I saw plenty of good. And honestly loses like this either break a team or make them better. I strongly suspect we're going to go into Arrowhead on a mission and finish the season strong.

The Ravens were an awful team last year, and everyone knows it. Because they ended up lucking into the Super Bowl means nothing. They were not a good team when we beat them, and we beat them because we should have.

Scoring "Top Fan" points, really?

So what's a "Top Fan" then, one who pulls the wool over their eyes and won't acknowledge a really worrying trend with the team?

This moral victory bollocks of "but it was in Foxboro"...this was a top ten all time choke in the history of the NFL. Twenty Four points to none, with a HOF QB and running for nearly 300 yards and them only showing up for 30 mins. We wont ever get as good a chance as that in the playoffs to win, we literally snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

Chargers fans have got **** for us for over a year for as bad a choke, this is on that level. This is genuinely the sort of **** that teams like San Diego who will NEVER win a superbowl does and we laugh at them for.

There's serious question marks over this team, they're not going away, only getting bigger.

I acknowledge that we could well go into Arrowhead and win. It's well possible with no Hali or Houston and off the back of spotting Rivers 41 points. We could well win out. But what then? Those question marks will be there, the weather will be cold, we'll still have to go through Brady and Bill most likely and it'll be a pressure game and what have we shown we can do in any of those? There's literally NO sample size of us playing an elite team and performing. There isnt even any of us playing an elite team and not making total ****ing fools of ourselves.
