Is that why you had less than 3 YPC against us? Soft run D huh?

Meanwhile Charles had 5 YPC on your overrated POS rush D.

Not really. Only 3 losing seasons in 15 years speaks for itself.

you really focus on YPC, if i were you i would be saying that stat category is overrated, because the Chiefs D are 20th in the NFL in YPC allowed.

Well KCstiff yapping again and again he is just rambling. He has shown he is unable to actually respond to posts that ask him questions. Like I said, he won't answer these questions. Because he can't.

I think what he is saying is that KC won because their D held our O to a pathetic 27 points which is less than our average. If this is not your point please clear it up - just what are you trying to say?

I (and I think most Bronco fans) expected to score fewer points against the best D we have faced, just like I am thinking most KC fans did not expect to hold Denver to their 12 or 13 point average. And I expected our healing and improving D to hold an average O (and let's admit, that is being kind) such that it would be a solid win.

So just who are you going after with your comments? Are you proud you gave up more than double your average? That you were beat by 10, and were down by 17 with 7 mins left?

Now since you seem to have problems actually reading the posts you respond to, I expect a post back that answers none of these questions and just reiterates the same mush organized a bit differently...

Guess that is okay if winning regular season games is your only goal.

Charles was bottled up all night, he was popped on the goal line and couldnt get in. A goal line stand against 3 straight runs is a testament to a mans will, and Broncos just out hearted and out gutted the Chiefs. Meanwhile Knowshon just bulled over on of your safeties for a first down. Pretty much a statement on the Broncos physical domination of the Chiefs.

The bitterness and rage is refreshing. But you should focus on who you are really mad at.

Hahaha I love his. As with his response about Baltimore right above that one.

IF......only stats won games we would be winners!
IF......only we had a good qb we would be winners!
IF......only our elite defense could have sacked Peyton we would be winners!
IF......only we didn't play a better team we would be winners!
IF......only we didn't have an extra 21st chromosome we would be winnars!!!!!!

Hope your ypc stats and our pathetic defense keep you warm at night, ya know, cuz you still got smoked, despite your ALL WORLD stats and our POS defense. Just imagine how much more you would lose by if we had an amazing defense. Or a defense that can hold a team with it's starting qb to 27 points.....

.......oh wait...

IF.......only we could always play backup qbs we would be winners.
IF......
........IF..

Buh bye sweet cheeks. See you on our second date in two weeks. IF only...

Anybody who thinks the KC Defense was "exposed" is kidding themselves. The Chiefs rarely blitzed Manning, running with 6 men in the box for probably 95% of snaps.

Let me say that again. The Broncos only managed 3.15 yards per carry against a 6 man box, Nickel (sometimes Dime) defense.

On Manning's only TD pass of the game, he released the ball about 1 second after the snap. Dontari Poe blew by Manny Ramirez immediately, and was closing in on Manning. Luckily Manning made a pre-snap read and rifled a completion on a quick slant to Julius Thomas.

The Chiefs thought they could pressure Manning using a 4-man rush the entire game. They could not. Manning was simply too quick. The Broncos pick/rub passing game had to be extremely precise, in order to move the ball in the silent confines of Mile High. Demaryius Thomas has hit another level. Wes Welker is the best slot man in the game. It took all the Broncos could give to win at home.

No it wouldn't. I expect the Broncos to win. No matter how strong the Chiefs Defense is, their Offense lacks playmakers. Bowe, Avery & Co. couldn't catch a cold.

I'm not going to sit here and pretend that the Chiefs defense isn't good. They are. However, the Broncos Offense could be the best of all-time (and that's without All-Pro Clady).

I also give the Chiefs DL and LB's a ton of credit for not cheap-shotting Manning EVER. They could have laid at least a few hits on him and they didn't.

They would just run right by Manning after he released the ball. They didn't shove him, they didn't dive for his ankles....nothing.

I respect those guys. Outside of Flowers, that's a solid group of individuals.

I'll agree with you. Their defense is darn good. Yes we scored 27 but that was a tough 27 to get. I think a few overthrows by Manning could have kept some drives going and we had some yards left out there, which could have been turned to points but this is not a what if league. I think we'll win at KC in 2 weeks but I KNOW it's going to be another hard fought game and very well could be a closer game then this one. We shall see.

Blitzing Manning is generally not a good idea anyways. The whole argument I heard from Chiefs fans was that they could get to Manning with their front four, and drop more back into coverage. Since that was obviously not the case, I expect KC to attempt to mix it up more in KC, and try to blitz more often. Not sure if that will be particularly successful

The Cheaps DB's did a good job of tackling on plays where there was yardage to be had after the catch.

The Broncos caught them overplaying the pick plays at least a couple times, but were more concerned getting rid of the ball quick, so they didn't really take advantage.

Avoiding a lot of fatal mistakes the Cheaps defense feasts off was key.
