Default Welker Watch

Sure hope he's not concussed. We need him against the Patsies.

It would suck to lose him for 1-2 games. Get well Welker...and everyone pray that his rapevision is ready and well for next week.

Well aside from that, I just want the guy to be okay. That hit was brutal. I hope all is well and they are just being cautious.

I think it will be a Harris type deal. DNP wed. Limited thurs and even fri. He'll be good to go.

He's concussed but he'll play. He'll DNP, LP and FP.

Honestly, I would rather him sit out and be back and ready to play for KC again.

It's not automatic, but wouldn't be surprised if he missed a game. Didn't he get hit helmet to helmet on that play?

Surprised that's not a penalty when KC does it.

Welker will go through the protocol and probably do his best to play next week. I'm sure he'd love to stick it to Belli in PERSON. If he can't go then it will be too bad, but we are going to use 2 TEs a lot next week I think. So Decker Thomas , Thomas and Tamme have to pick it up.

The fact that he came back into the game would suggest it's a pretty minor one. Hopefully like the one Harris had earlier in the year.

This isn't the first this year, is it? I don't expect him to play next week. And you could see he got knocked out on the play. Major fubar on the part of the Broncos for him getting back in the game with today's sideline protocol.

It should be a fine, if it was. Looked like it on tv, but I could be a homer about it

welker will play next week. Bigger concern is julius thomas, who might have sprained his knee pretty badly

Really? Hmm, I don't think so, but I hope you're right.

Anyone see how rahim got hurt? All they said was lower body injury, and I think he missed the second half

I saw JT back in. Moore looked like a non contact on the Charles long run if it was that play. Looked like he came up lame after running.

ah well thats good news on Julius. Rahim took a crap angle on that long run, completely got left in the dust. Elway's gonna be looking long and hard at the safety class in the upcoming draft.

I just saw it again. It was a horrible angle. And I think he was gimpin after he got burned. I don't know if that was the play he got injured on not sure if he played after that.

Welker is a beast though. For him to get that fumble back from that pile after that hit was huge. Reid could've challenged and won if he doesn't get it back.

Did you hear what Michele Tafoya said after halftime? JDR told her that Raheem was in the locker room without pads on but that they didn't know what was wrong other than that it was a mystery lower leg injury.

It was so specific about the pads off and the mystery, that I almost wondered if he was kind of calling Moore out.
