Right, but the trash talk from Bronco fans is not about a 10 point win. Its about all you Chiefs fans for the last 2 weeks on the OMANE saying Manning is going down, he wont be able to handle the Chiefs pass rush, his ankle will collapse, Jamal CHarles will run all over the broncos. All of that DIDNT happen. Thats where are trash talk came from. Manning was clean all night with 0 sacks and 0 knockdowns, Chiefs pass rush was exposed, and Alex Smith played the game of his season, and they still got beat by 10. Manning was playing on 1 leg in the cold weather (which is supposed to favor Chiefs) and he still put up 300 yards passing and 27 pts on your 2000 Ravens like Defense.

Congrats Donkie fans!!!!!! Peyton is the best QB to ever play. He personally eliminated our pass rush by throwing in 2 seconds or less. The amazing thing is they were not all dinks and dunks. I have never seen a QB release it so quickly and it is a 20-25 down field pass.

You do realize that Charles had under 100 and 35 came on one run...

The only thing that matters is that Denver skull ****ed the only base play KC run their entire offense from which is the outside zone run.

Our DEs consistently crashed and contained the outside zone plays to force charles into running it inside where our LBers and DTs stuck with their gap assignments.

The only time charles got untracked was on an inside run where Trevathan took a really bad angle and Rahim Moore took one that was even worse showing just how poor his instincts are.

When Reid realised in the 2nd half the outside zone run plays weren't there he tried to get cute with Alex Smith running it on a few option keepers. Yeah, like that's going to sustain the offense.

Everything else for KC didn't matter because our base nickel defense contained their perimeter run game and it forced them into 3rd and long situations where Alex Smith didnt' and isn't going to do squat. With Asstomouth and Fisher banged up I don't expect them to get better in their perimeter run game in two weeks.

Good luck with that.

Jamal also had 0 TD's. Even when he had 3 cracks at it from the 1 yard line. #goallinestand

Then you're twice as ignorant as you are wrong.

Once for believing everything you read here, and twice for ignoring the fact that we missed a FG and were just chewing up clock in our last two drives.

This game shows safety is a big need for us
I defended Moore earlier in the year but he just doesnt do anything anymore

Ihenacho is a goddamn idiot and was picked on a lot in coverage last night

Maybe Adams should get his starting spot back
Hell I wonder if Kayvon can play S
That guy is a baller and deserves playing time

Exposed as a description is almost as overused as choking. The game was what most people thought it was going to be.

Denver's O held to their smallest points output while Chiefs D gave up more than they had.

All the pressure was on Denver and they got a deserved win.
i dont think it was your view, might be other Chiefs fans views. They went 180 degress. From saying Manning is getting crushed by the fierce pass rush and Charles is running all over denver; to now saying "well we are glad we could hang with them"

Since when does fans' of a 9-0 team feel good about a moral victory.

The KC D is legit unfortunely they are just spinning thier wheels with Alex Smith who cost KC 2 2nd round picks and cannot win when it counts.

Since when does a playoff team punt on the other side of the 50 with 4 minutes to go.

I thought Denver's D went toe to toe with KC's D which we have been saying all week.

Manning over 8 yards a pass Smith about 4. Did Hali even play?

You and I have a different opinion about that. And you could always just not respond.

Or continue down the path you've chosen, which is to attempt being a douchebag. Your call.

Ok I really usually don't gloat but after this game I had to. I was over at chiefs planet and I was reading a thread Garcia Bronco started The Broncos Win in Soviet Russia or something to the affect. A poster named Tooge chimed in "go over to the CP store. Purchase a bag of *****. eat it." does that mean that all Chiefs fans eat a bag of ***** while watching their football team... I haven't laughed this hard over a broncos win... ever

I called 30-17 Broncos in a boat race. Had Prater nailed his FG attempt, that would've been the case. Chiefs never seriously threatened this team but they will at Narrowhead, IMO. Still, we won't need a perfect game to beat KC, we will need a near perfect game to beat NE. This was no biggie--we did what we should've done, won at home against a solid but overrated team.

Chiefs had 2 weeks to prepare for us this go around and the best they could do was lose by 10. While next time we have to travel to KC, I don't see that being as big an advantage as the extra week should have been. Barring any sort of injury outbreak vs NE next weekend, I think we should win by even more next time around.

Didn't KC"Stud" call for a 300 yard passing game from Smith against our terrible Defense? How did that work out?

As I said prior to the game:

Historic O and Good D >> Very Good D and Average O

I do think it is interesting that some KC fans think the game was close. If I remember correctly with 7+ mins to go they were down by 17, and they had scored only 10 points in the prior 53. They scored 17 points for the whole game, yet somehow they were in it needing to score 17 points in 7 mins. To tie, while holding Denver to zero. Delusional.

KC's offense has no capabilities to come back in games. It is the flaw in Alex Smith's game and the overall strategy KC uses.

The fact that this thread got to 8 pages shows exactly how delusional KC fans are.
