Refer madness Dude. It is a gateway drug man. Danger danger.

Give it a rest. In 20 years it will be completely legal.

Regardless of what side of the fence you're on with the marijuana debate it seems pretty silly to be wasting the amount of time and resources we are on an NFL player speeding with less than an ounce on him.
Why is it so hard to understand. 1) it is ILLEGAL where he resides and 2) it is AGAINST NFL policy. If i did it i would get fired from my job due to it being against company policy. Pretty simple stuff.

Bowe was suspended in 2009 for taking a diuretic. Correct me if I am wrong but aren't diuretics used for masking marijuana? I did a quick search and that is what I found, they are used to dilute urine samples. I guess I thought that fell under substance abuse policy rather than PED.

He's a little pissed that I told him Roth (he's a Steelers fan) wanted a trade as was announced on TV Sunday. He thinks I made it up and am picking on a sub par team. All I could think is what do you care if Ben wants a trade.

z- never said I didn't understand, I just think it's pretty silly. To me, this sentiment is amplified by Colorado policy regarding the issue. With all the other problems we have in this world I would assume most states would give a ticket versus actually taking someone down to the station and booking them for a very small amount of pot. It doesn't seem like a valuable utilization of resources in this day and age.

It'll take some time when so many people are committed to the stupid perspective on the issue, but the NFL will eventually wise up and drop the marijuana ban...

NFL. BEER and alcohol huge sponsors.
the pot ban will NOT go away any time soon.
pot is "illegal' for fiscal reasons, starting with its competitive advantage over paper forests.
william randolph hearst made pot illegal ! WRH produced the movie "REEFER MADFNESS"

ALCOHOL/ BEER LOBBYISTS KEEP POT ILLEGAL

My understanding is that Pot has not shown to a competitor to be alcohol. People who smoke pot generally will do so whether beer is available or not.

He apparently had just landed at Kansas City’s downtown airport and was on his way home after an out-of-town trip. After the officer stopped Bowe, the wide receiver asked the officer whether the nearby Sonic was open then.

While questioning Bowe, the officer detected a strong odor of marijuana from inside his vehicle, authorities said Tuesday. The officer then requested Bowe and two passengers to get out of the vehicle.

Pot laws will be taken down state by state until the federal law can no longer stand on its own. Like gay marriage.

only with gay marriage, more states are opposed to it than not and even when the state voters vote in favor of traditional marriage, like in CA, a federal (and biased) judge overrules. It will be interesting to see if a fed judge overrules the people in states that don't allow the legalization of marijuana.
