I am demanding that PFM demonstrate he has enough physical sustained mobility before I allow him to play on sunday ! I dont want to see PFM looking like cutler last sunday or RG3 last post season !
if you cant run a 40 take the week off !
the rest of you clown car occupants are saying,
cant run a 40, play anyway. really?
and people call me idiot.
What if he goes out there and runs your 40 and pulls a hammy?

If this is something he does pregame every week then fine but making a HOF player prove he can physically perform when he is having a career year borders on crazy.

I would rather have Manning in there getting the offense into successful plays at the LOS and getting the ball out quick or handing off than force a guy who has never started a game go in and start a game which could decide the division and the playoffs seeding.

If your going to rest him a game do it after beating kFc vs the Pats so he is rested up for the 2nd kFc game.

After kFc came out and scraped by a string of wins I still believe they will go on an extended losing streak. They will fall to us at home, even kFc fans know this, the Chuggers are the 2nd best competition they have faced this year. I see them losing in SD, I hope we beat them at Analhead that is 3 in a row right there, they could drop the skins game then there is the Colts.

Throw in the impact of a team captain getting busted and this team could go all free fall real quick.
cutler was throwing well but NOT moving well before the injury, thats my whole POINT cutler sustainerd another injury because he was impared by the original! PFM can probably throw from a wheel chair, but is that what you clowns want to see?
if he cant run a 40 he should not be on the field against the cheifs. why are you finding it so i difficult to embrace thaqt concept! its not about comparing QBs its about keeping OUR QB healthy for the REST of the season !

Why do you keep thinking his injury got worse when no "new" damage happened?? According to your logic he shouldn't be in there since the colts game. Players are sore all the time.

ANd you still didnt answer this question. What makes you think ONE week of rest is gonna make a difference. If he can play, he can play. If he gets hurt, then that sucks, but if he hurts his shoulder, you'd be hard pressed to correlate the two. Though im sure you would.

yes, silly me, why should PFM have to prove he can make enough movement to protect himself in a game?
lets just let his macho define our future. just like cutler, just like REG3.

Youve reached peak annoying.

From now on, if you're on the injury report, you don't play. NEW RULE BY CHEF LUIGI! ONLY PLAYERS 100 PERCENT CAN PLAY.

I live in Chicago, I have heard every side of this argument, what the non-dopes are saying is that they should have pulled Cutler quicker, not that he had no business being in there.

They were playing Detroit, a division rival and Tressman thought that Cutler gave them the best chance to win that game, especially if it was a shoot out.

Your also forgetting that duh bears have a legit backup who has proven he can run their system, that is a luxury we do not have.

Protect him better, give Clarke help, keep an RB in to block and he will be fine.

kFc has only 1 sack in the last 2 games and I really think our OL can protect him, it is not like they have faced Gary Zimmerman at LT those last 2 games.

Either troll back, or ignore. Best way to fight an obvious troll who isn't even all that good at it.

So hot boobs got replaced by new troll profiles across the board.

Place has gone downhill ever since they tried that new format. I even lost my profile since then.

in the first half I watched cutler and said 'this guy has no buisness being on the field' how can his coach not see that/ "
now, cutler may not play the rest of the season !
dont get me started on a mccown/ osweiler comparison, it wont end well for ANY bronco fan !
the primary concern here a should bePFMs health and protecting it for the rest of the season. even if it means sitting out this sunday.
someone just posted PFM ran a 40, fine. the powers thaT BE ARE DOING THEIR JOB ! i hope its true.
and all you clowns that werre so indignant about asking PFM to run a 40 caqn kiss my ass !

Just to be 100% sure Manning can play Sunday maybe we should have him do a shuttle drill in addition to the 40. 40 is just an indication of straight ahead speed. Heck why stop there, make him do all the combine drills!

Injuries are part of the game, cannot play scared.

sending a defensless ( MOBILITY RESTRICTED)QB out to slaughter is just part of the game silly me.

would i favor a cone drill, yes.
but all I am asking for is a 40.
But apparantly it is heiresy to ask PFM to just run 40 yards before we let him compete in a game.
anyone with more than 1000 posts has his panties in a bunch ove rthe 40 yards request.

Again, 1 sack in last 2 games. I don't see that as a threat.

If we can run the ball throw a couple screens and make them play run 1st like they had to vs the Bills and Manning will be fine.

I trust Manning knows his body and he and Gase can come up with a plan to slow down kFc's pass rushers as well as what Manning can do at the LOS presnap to make sure he gets everyone in the proper positions.

It was a freak low blow that caused it to be tweaked again. We don't even know yet how he is responding to treatment.

CHILLAX DUDE!

How about this: he participates in a limited role in practice and if he has a set back or cannot execute in the limited role in practice then they make a choice to sit him after Friday?
