Neither do many Chiefs fans. I had this type of discussion, on another thread. I get the question, all the time, of "You're in Kansas. Why are you not a Chiefs fan?"

Last 3 D's we played are miles better than Denver's. They don't give up 500 passing yards and 48 points.

You probably didnt even know who Gordon was before the chiefs game.

Also, Broncos run D is just as overrated as Chiefs. 100+ yards given up in one quarter until they just stopped running and passing.

But I'm sure homer's will spin this as well.

Ask ANY fan outside of Denver fanbase and they would take broncos recievers(DT welker) over Gordon everytime. The fact your jealousy for this team skews any rational thought you have.

Thousands of posts on a broncos website proves your insecurity about this team. Kill yourself ******.

You still do not get that at one point the following defensive starters were out either for the entire game or long stretches do you?

Champ
Von
Woodyard
Ayers
Harris
Duke
I think DRC, Irving, Trevathan, and Phillips went down as well

Hard to stop a good passing team with a 3rd string rookie CB and a 3rd string MLB trying to hold down the fort.

Keep thinking that is the same Broncos defense the Chiefs will be facing. And not the defense of the past 3 weeks.

Denver's offensive turnovers are their issue, not the defense.

--snip--

This game will be lower scoring and much closer than many people think. It will probably come down to one turnover or one big mistake determining the outcome. I hope the Broncos players are underestimating the Chiefs as much as some of their fans are. My final prediction:

Chiefs 23
Broncos 20
Inquiring minds contemplate which Maner to sanction/blame for your presence here in the event that you wind up sucking as a poster...

Oh and Vegas disagrees with your prediction. We're favored by 8 to 9.5 points.

Your defense the last 3 weeks hasn't been good either. Washington threw the ball to you like Matt cassel. And San Diego's play calling is garbage. Y'all are lucky you won that game.

What aspect of the Broncos defense do you think hasn't been good? They have given up less rushing and passing yards the last 3 games then KC. They have sacked the QB more often. They have almost triple the amount of QB pressures. The only thing they haven't done as well is the "hope the QB throws it to the wide open defensive player" strategy that KC seems to have perfected.

It's a different defense with Von Miller. If you don't see that, you're not paying attention.

Denver has a weakness, but it isn't their defense. If they have a game like the Colts game where they spot KC 17-20 points on turnovers, then yes, Denver will be in trouble. If they take care of the football, it is going to be Brock time in the 4th quarter.

They've barely beat 2nd and 3rd string QBs all year. Can't wait for the beat down. 34-17 Broncos.

this.

Here are the figures: over the last 3 games played, Denver D has more sacks (9-6), allowed fewer passing yards (626-790), fewer rushing yards (364-371) and has two more interceptions (4-2) thank KC.

Here's the kicker: each of the QB's the Broncos have faced over this stretch have all been to the pro-bowl within the last 2 years, whereas none of the QB's KC faced had ever started a game for their team.

Yeah I think the second half will show that our defense is pretty much as good as theirs(and conversely that their D is vastly overrated)

the difference of course being we have an offense that can score more than 13 points
