Just over heard a couple of people talking on the light rail. Peyton's MRI results came in and he had both legs amputated, The Vegas line went to Denver -13. A no legged PFM is better than anything KC has to offer.

CUTLER declined to run a 40 before the game. if manning cant run a 40 he should not be on the field.
a simple demonstration of physical ability.
PFM run a 40, if its anywhere near what you ran in camp...., PLAY.
if it isnt or you refuse, do not play manning !!!

L O L, Perna needs to get a hold of these pics too.

Peyton provided a new version of Manning Face during the locker room celebration, providing some stellar Photoshop fodder.

Once he figured out how to read a box score. Personally I think we got a figure skating fan trying to fit in.

Really, the only thing you have to worry about is if he's getting hit. Chiefs have been Jekyll and Hyde lately - if they are bringing 10-15 pressures then it could be a factor. If they look like they did the last two weeks then Manning won't have to move much.

The OL just needs to do a better job of pass protection, it's as simple as that.

We can scheme around for better pass protection, two inline blocking TEs, two back sets and it still gives us three wide for the passing game but ultimately the OL needs to take a long hard look at Mannings neck scar, his battered, taped up ankles and nut up and get the job done right.

Beadles especially. This guy is good for two/three breakdowns a game and it's becoming tiresome. Liuget's gotten the better of Beadles since he was rookie three years ago and it keeps on happening.

Man that's a huge relief. Unfortunately he's got to play on Kansas city. What I suggest is try and get up as many points as possible and let him ride the bench if we get a three touchdown leaf like yesterday.

This site (which I am not familiar with) lists Denver as #2 in fewest QB hits at 27.

http://wp.advancednflstats.com/teamOL.php

Maybe our Oline is not doing too bad but we are just over sensitive to it due to Manning's injury history (neck)?

Interestingly, Chiefs last two opponents Cleveland & Buffalo are 1-2 in hits given up. However KC only managed 1 sack combined in those games

figure teams also caught up to kc's over load schemes a bit as well. Denver is gonna have to max protect a bit

Really? You want to sit our best player who just had a negative MRI, against a team in our same division that if we lost to we would be 2 games back, while they have quite possibly the softest NFL schedule ever. He'll be limited in practice this week which is fine. Hopefully Manning will be sitting in the 4th when we have a nice 30 point lead.

kFc rushes from the outside, I think Man Ram can isolate Poe, Poe hasn't done **** in the last 4 weeks. That leaves Beadles to help on a double team and pick up blitzers.

I really think Welker is going to have to earn his money this week. He and OJ should have great games this week.

OJ gives the chefs a matchup nightmare and they just don't have the talent to cover all of our WR's.

I love that we have added the RB screen to our game and showed that it works, that is something else kFc will have to consider and look for which will also slow down their one dimensional pass rushers. Imagine pulling Shanny's old TE screen out of the bag and letting Thomas rumble with the ball for 80.

kFc fans are already complaining about how we execute the bubble screen to Thomas, that should be there all day as well.

As long as our WR's are healthy I think we can get by this week with Manning hurt. Pat's don't have a big pass rush threat anymore so I think we can protect Manning if he can get through this week without any other big hits, then ideally he would be closer to 100% for the road kFc victory.

Because Buff was running up and down the field on kFc they literally had Hali and Houston standing at the LOS and read run 1st. If KM has his usual big day vs kFc on the ground Manning may not get touched.

Hi... It's going to be a fun week with a lot of smack talk. I'm not sure we have anything for ya, but I hope we at least make a game of it....

Either way, keep it civil please.
