Much like Derrick Rose, we're finally back! Another NBA season kicks off in 10 days or so.

Some questions as we get into the season
-Is this just LeBron's world and we're all living in it? Are the Heat walking away with another championship?
-Can the Bulls provide a challenge? How about the Pacers?
-Can a healthy OKC team beat them?
-Is Houston taking a big leap forward? What about Golden State?
-Do the Spurs have any gas left in the tank?
-And then there's those Nuggets. The Brian Shaw era beings! Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

And finally:

Go Nugs!

Curious about Shaw. Happy that I don't have to see Karl moping during games.

Screw the Heat and maven's avatar that makes me want to punch puppies every time I see it!

I am slowly migrating to cheering for the Cavs for a few reasons.

- Tristan Thomas
- Anthony Bennett
- Irving even though he isn't Canadian like the other two but because of his Uncle Drew commercials.........well actually because of my life long allegiance to Duke.

I'd even go as far as to call them "my other team". By virtue of nationality, Raps will always be my #1

I'm not paying much attention to sports until the NFL playoffs starts and Kobe comes back.

Simmons kind of rubbed me the wrong way at first. But now I've come to appreciate that as much as he is a writer and analyst he is a fan above all else. It's somewhat refreshing to see someone like that with actual sports knowledge.

I dont get the hate on him. Hes not an expert, doesnt pretend to be one, but generally goes all out with his preparation (especially with basketball). Hes an entertaining writer.

Go Celtics. Weak effort on my part but think that's pretty much the way their season will go.

Look forward to the Lakers starting from where they left off last season...losing.

Hoping the Jazz help remove the paper bags from their fans heads. But not counting on it

He can come off as a douche as times. That's mostly why. And not the overzealous or hypocritical douche like normal ESPN guys(skip bayless for instance). For sports fans that is similar to a fighter who just looks like a regular old dude and doesn't live up to the chiseled fantasy.

What is an "expert," anyways. Honestly I would consider him a basketball expert, or at least somebody who knows the game pretty well for never playing it at a high level. His "Book of Basketball" is tremendous.

Beside that, yeah his humor you either love or hate, as with most things I guess. I love his style, the jokes, the pop culture references, etc.

I really liked the Bledsoe pick up and I really liked our 1st pick this year. A tall guy that has decent size and can move. The exact opposite of Robin Lopez, who was a virtual statue on the court.

Go SUNS !!!!
