Well, if this happened in South Dakota -- he is going to be locked away at the State Pen forever. Not sure when SD last used capital punishment. My guess was that Adrian's kid was in Sanford or Avera in Sioux Falls. RIP.

Look, its bad enough that this stuff happens all over the world. And yeah we know about it because his dad is someone famous. But its about the kid. Its about the kid. (yeah I wrote that twice.)

Patterson is reportedly dating the mother of Peterson's reported son. Wollman said the mother was outside of the apartment at the time of the incident.

Charges for the aggravated battery include up to 25 years in a state prison or $50,000 fine. Domestic assault would include 15 years in prison or $30,000 fine. The charges would run consecutively.

Wollman said his office filed to revoke two suspended sentences for Patterson, including domestic assault and violation of a domestic abuse bond.
OH HELL NO! This mother****er would die. I would pay a few cops to leave me alone with him for a few minutes.

I would have to think that abusive child killers are treated the same way in prisons as anyone there for being a "Chester".

This is just a senseless death. My prayers go out to his family. I just can't believe that piece of trash snuffed out a potentially bright young man.

This literally happened 1 block from my house. Asked the wife why there were TV vans and interviews at the apartments by our house, then she told me about AP. Crazy $hit.

Yeah, I have only lived there for about ~ 15 months since 2005, so I can't really remember. He is going to get in deep doo-doo. I've been to the State Pen before (visiting) and it is a sad place. Throw him in a hole.

I think the bigger issue will be when they throw things in his hole.

I've told my family and friends many times that the way you find out that someone did something horrible to one of my kids is when they see or read of my arrest for torturing and killing the perp.

This piece of **** will get his in prison as they don't look too kindly at child killers or molesters.

this tragedy should be a lesson for non-custodial parents....you should know who the **** is being brought around your young kids. And if you're a custodial parent, it wouldn't hurt to do a background check on your new significant other.

I spent 5 hours hard time in Boulder County when I was 18 for giving my brother my CU student ID for a football game (sloppy hand-off through the fence).

We spent most of the time playing Monopoly with a mortician who was in the slammer for dressing up dead people and taking pictures of them.

There was a story recently here in Chicago about a single mother who left an infant with 2 people who killed her infant because it made a mess or something she said she "didn't know they were heroin users" even though they were providing her with weed.

http://abclocal.go.com/wls/story?sec...cal&id=8269644

For about one year starting in the summer of 2008, Tkachik and Castillo would watch Swiontek's three children for days at a time. Both Tkachik and Castillo told police it would be difficult to reach Swiontek, who wouldn't pick up the children when she said she would. "Girl, I knew they were OK, you had them," Swiontek is quoted in court records as saying.

Castillo had agreed to watch Jada during the first week of June 2009. Tkachik was dealing marijuana, cocaine and heroin at the time. The couple picked up the girl, then completed a drug deal.

Tkachik, who testified against Castillo during her two-week trial last year, said Castillo beat Jada to death because she'd dumped a package of drink mix and spilled a container of syrup. Tkachik admitted he held the girl down while Castillo repeatedly struck her with a belt during a prolonged beating. Jada suffered skull fractures and received no medical care. Afterward, the couple tried to dispose of Jada's body by burning it, but Tkachik suffered severe burns instead. They encased the child's body in cement and dumped it in a rural LaPorte County swamp. Afterward, they fabricated a story that Jada had been abducted after being left alone in a car outside a gas station.

If you are going to kill a kid, make sure it's in a uterus. Otherwise people get all uppity about it.

You say that like the guy is just a bit eccentric.

"He beats two-year old kids to death? Well, that's strange. Haven't heard of that before. It takes all kinds, I suppose."
