How is this not what was, what both of us have always been, and how this year will be?

I think there's a huge probability that Den will host a playoff game vs. the Chiefs.

Of course, we'd have to win one first. No small feat (for us) but you have to love where we both are.

I don't want to predict or judge anything. I just love where we (both of us) are this early in and how this rivalry is finally back where it should be...
Right on, man!
That'll be something to look forward to if we both face each other undefeated. Our high power offense against the very good Chiefs defense, which I should ask, where are you guys ranked overall?
I know you're tops in the league in points allowed with a ludicrous 11.6 ppg, while our offense averages a ridiculous 46 points per game
I doubt you guys will keep is under 12 points, though

Its one thing to know how to take advantage of that, its another to have the horses to do it

oh and most likely Von, Champ, and Harris will be back when the Broncos play the Chiefs

That changes a lot
What happened to Chris Harris?

Broncos are banged to hell but caught a huge break not playing the Chiefs early in the season. Miller and Bailey IMO will be back contributing by then, Woodyard will be fine, Harris will be ok. In the end there doens't seem to be any reason we can't get to full strength on defense in time for our big games vs the Chiefs.

SD
Denver
@ Washington (Skins might be in a dogfight to win the NFC east at 8-8_
@Oakland (Rivalry game in the hole and Pryor can ball a bit.)
Indy
@SD

Could easily see them going .500 during this stretch.

I won't argue the same for our very...undecided offense.

Your defense will be exposed against any above average offenses without turnovers.............

What happened last weekend...........without 14 points that a fluke play and a bad call not of bounds penalty gave you you would have lost.............?

You don't have enough cover guys...........Hali your only d line threat.

You got nothing..............

Injuries a part of the game, but there aren't many teams that can be good defensively without 5 defensive starter... arguably the 4 best defensive players among those 5

Congrats on the improved team.
They have scored the 2nd most points in the NFL.

I dont think the Chefs get past the Raiders this weekend.

I am glad they are winning, the entire division is better and we need a reason not to shut it down with a month or more left in the season.

I cannot believe I am saying this, but I am really looking forward to watching that game--mainly because I can see the Faiders pulling off a victory and the BBQ fat humps tears of infinite sadness will taste so delicious.

Except after this Jacksonville game our defense is pretty much revamped with Champ Bailey and Von Miller returning.

Cowboys torched our defense with 5 starters out.

No Miller
No Bailey
No Harris
No Ayers
No Woodyard

Aslong as these guys remain healthy, I'm not worried. Our offense is one of the best there has ever been right now.

Chiefs will struggle with it.

I wouldn't call it mild. It's flat out been the easiest schedule in the league to date. Opponents winning % is like .234 or something.

Donnie Avery is on pace to have his best year ever, and last year he played with Andrew Luck.

To question John Dorsey right now makes you look like a complete and utter idiot. The man has done as good a job as any GM in the entire league this offseason and it's showing.
Who is on another teams message board trying to have a dick measuring contest. Not to mention you dissapear when its time to take your lumps. You're a b**** homie.

No kidding. This bunch wants to start planning the play-off scenario after 5 games? I guess when you're as sh*tty for as long as the Kansas City Chiefs, any hope are real results.

I have no idea how the records play out, but no matter what happens, Kansas City, fans and players, will, once again and forever, continue to watch the Super Bowl on television.

Desperation is the fuel for fools. It is to be pitied.

Any chiefs fan who thinks the broncos defense isn't affected by the absense if Woodyard, Harris, champ,Von,and ayers is deluding themselves.

They should all be playing against the chiefs.

or the fact Dumervil's departure took this top 5 defense down to the bottom rung of defenses.

Chief fans seems to forget our D was top notch last year.

The season doesn't start until Turkey day. Key for Denver is to stay healthy and gel over the next 6 weeks

I'll take our fully loaded D into KC and see how we manage against Capt Checkdown and Donnie Avery

Our D was good enough for the first 4 games to ensure four absolute blow outs without two of our best. When they come back, it'll just get better. And I think Doom has very very little to do with this

The broncos got a teams best shot last Sunday, took a few haymakers yet found a way to win away from home. That should scare the **** out of you. The chiefs are a team with a good D and an offense that's ultra conservative. I've seen this movie before, it generally doesn't end well

I meant to convey Doom's departure is not that significant when looking at this years D vs last year D
