Default Pink Penalty Flags - Someone is Fired

In one horrible marketing decision the NFL clearly didn't think through the Pink Penalty Flag and Pink Towel conflict.

The CBS crew in the game isn't even trying to go to the ref on penalties.

The whole pink thing is stupid, anyways. They can draw attention to breast cancer (and other types of cancer) without all the teams wearing pink for a month.

Whoever thought to give players the same color towels should be.

Colon Cancer Awareness is well represented by these refs today.

It's always been about marketing to the female audience. It's never really been about BC awareness.

I like the pink. But they need white towels

For mo-vember the NFL should make all players grow mustaches. The NHL is already way ahead of the NFL in the manliest sport department as they support masculine butt parts.

Nov. should be bladder cancer month, and they wear yellow towels and go back to yellow flags, with yellow gloves and shoes to boot

The NFL completely re-enforces the misconception that breast cancer is a female only issue. It cannot be said enough -- if you are a human, you are a mammal and thus susceptible to breast cancer. Keep calm and pink on.

I am over the pink bs. A game, ok. But a whole ****ing month? Give me a break. Can we just outfit the entire league in pink for one weekend and call it done? Or just show boobies. That would make the pink bs tolerable.

True story: bladder cancer can be cured by placing bacteria similar to anthrax into the bladder. The more you know....

Hmm, a lot of "toxic" things used properly, or mixed properly maybe, can be good too!

I'm against cancer but I'm sick of the whole pink thing. One game is OK. But keep the flags yellow! I think some players are too. I noticed a large amount of players with no pink today. I don't remember seeing that in the past

That's the stupidest month gimmick name ever. Sounds like 'Mo-vember, as in HOMO-vember. They should all wear blue for prostate cancer awareness, since more men die from prostate cancer than the number of women who die from breast cancer.

Yeah, that's fairly obvious. Just saying if they want people to be aware of it, there are plenty of other avenues they can go towards.

Estee Lauder and the NFL are making too much money off the pink to stop doing it. But this may be enough to limit it.

Pink flags. Yet another decision made by someone who doesn't actually know anything about the game. The NFL and the networks seem to be full of these people. See: yellow final score indicators earlier this season.
