I'll believe it when I see it. He pissed on the team and its fans with his lack of self control.

I'm bitter at him (until he gets a bunch of sacks).....

It will be short-lived. He'll come out and dominate and we'll all forget right away.

I won't be bitter until there's a year suspension--knock on wood

This.

Assuming we get by Jax, its really no harm no foul. So no bitterness right now.

Yep. Can't touch practice field or stadium on game day. But stay with team. Supposed to be a support structure for the struggling player. Also known as help team keep tabs on your football mind.

This doesn't really belong here, but I didn't really feel like digging up an old thread. I get The New Yorker and was reading an article about the Vegas club scene in the latest issue when I came across a likely mention of our favorite linebacker. I couldn't find a readable version of it without getting into the site, so I just screencapped it.

Anyway.

It's awfully difficult to say "no" to a rolling, cosmetology student in black short shorts.

We dogged a bullet this week and had Von been in the lineup it would have been an easier victory. My Von Jersey has been under a suspension as well and it has been calling my name and I almost wore it yesterday. Funny thing is we have not lost a game since I started to wear my #18 last year. I was wearing #58 for the game I shale not name last year. That said I cant wait for Von and Champ for that matter to come back.

I wore my Miller jersey yesterday because it's a white away jersey. I always match home to home and away to away, but I did feel a little dirty about it.

Was planning on holing out until he got back on the field....

So I don't think a single person in the whole world thinks Jacksonville has a chance next week so let's roll the tape forward here to 6-0.

Let's have a roll call now please - all those who said we would have a few losses without Miller during his suspension, please step forward.

I'll take that a step further and say that is how most terrible, news-worthy events actually get started.

Jax isn't as bad as they're claimed to be in the media.

They've got a very physical and stout front 7 that's good inside against the run and a pretty good CB in Blackmon. They don't have sideline to sideline speed but are pretty good tacklers (a helluva lot better than what our D showed).

Gabbert may not even play so that automatically makes them a more competitive team.

Because it was not a performance enhancing related offense, he can be at the facility and in team meetings.

He cannot practice and he cannot be at the games.

They allow people who have substance abuse issues to stay with the team as a support mechanism.
