Man, I don't know how high this guy's ceiling is but he's playing great. Obviously Manning getting rid of the ball quickly and side stepping pressure helps but Clark was a rock out there against Ware.

I think it was in the third quarter where Ware shifted over to Franklin because he was getting nowhere with Clark and that's not all on Manning. Just very good pass protection.

The best part? He's under contract for the next three years!

Clark is playing at a level that Clady is not being missed. Who would have thunk

Oline was and continues to be a solid performer for this team...how about that running game today. We abandon the run too often and early in the 4th quarter.

I was beyond impressed with Clark yesterday. The dude has well exceeded my expectations for him. I'm a lot more hopeful about how he'll hold up against KCs pass rushers. This has to do wonders for his confidence.

He had another great game. PFM will be owing him a couple steak dinners.

We are #1 in sacks allowed with 5 -

This is even more impressive when you look at it sorted on passing attempts. All the other teams in the top 5 passing attempts have allowed double digit sacks -

Clark is playing great, and the OL in whole. But this also just shows me how special PM is. He didn't have a stud OL in Indy and the reason he didn't really need it is because this guy is reading the D and finding the right place to go in usually 2 seconds, sometimes 3, sometimes in just over 1 second. Hard to get there if the ball is already gone before you take your 3rd step as a defender.

Great to know we have the guy locked up if Clady struggles coming off this injury.

Yup. Can't count how many times during the game yesterday I said to myself "oh sh*t" because it looked like the pressure was really coming and the pocket was collapsing. And then Manning would deliver a strike before anyone got close.

Amen! Clark deserves major kudos for his play since Clady went out.

PFM's quick releases and quick reads really do help to neutralize opposing pass rushes.

I think his footwork inside the pocket has helped the o-line as well though. He just seems to know when to step up or slide to his left/right at just the right time. Pass blockers seem to be able to square up pass rushers a little easier when the qb knows how to move inside the pocket (e.g. Brees or Brady).
