Default Manning was on target for all 37 passes he threw in this game

I'm trying to remember if I've ever seen this before, and I can't say I have. Manning was 32-37 last night, an 86.4 completion percentage, but more to the point, after I watched the game a 2nd time, I discovered that all 5 incompletions he threw were drops. That's right...he didn't have a single off target pass in this game. The closest he came was one that was slightly behind Decker but Eric reached back and got it for a nice catch. Two drops were caused by simultaneous collisions with defenders when the ball arrived but every single pass he threw was on the money. I may have seen that in a game where the QB threw it 8 times or something, but 37 times? That just doesn't happen in the NFL. I doubt it hardly happens in practice.

db.com reporting that it was/is a career high for Manning.

Hilarious to hear Ray Lewis after the game say that he has an unfair advantage and they need to change the rule book to a faster snap count. Ray ray was bent.

Manning is just playing a different game from everyone else so far this season. It's certainly amazing to watch.

Mrs Bean and I were just laughing after pretty much every play last night.

Get this

Peyton 73% completion percentage (best in NFL)
Peyton 11% drop percentage (highest in NFL)

Do the math- fix some drops and dude is completing 80% of his passes. WUT

The scary part is that DEN just looked like they had called all the plays before hand and were running a controlled scrimmage against OAK. Peyton Adjusted to almost every defense pre-snap perfectly, except the late game sack when he tried to hold the ball too long in a five wide set with no extra protection. He got a little greedy, but until that point he looked like it was a seven on seven clinic

The TD pass to JT was my favorite play of the game, just the way Manning set it all up and executed it.

Mine was the post route TD to Welker where he new the CB was coming from his side and he and Decker punked the D for that TD. Woodson was just standing there not knowing what had just happened.
