Aldon's day is coming. Thats all i really have to say about that.

I believe this was something the NFL really didn't want hitting the public. It really isn't any secret that something like this goes on in any pro sport. Not really a shocker to me either. Six game suspension is halfway over, ready to move on.

As far as those who are saying cut him, why? He didn't get caught with PEDs. So we cut him and a team like the PATS or Seahawks or worse, a division rival picks him up and its back to being a beast on the field with him.

The guy can get his ish together. anyone remember Brandon Marshall and all the run ins with law enforcement he had?

I agree the NFL is not focusing just on Von. But I'd look at someone that cheats a piss test as not on the same plain as someone who drives seriously impaired more than once. I think far more serious.

Known a couple of guys trying to do exactly what he was doing and they keep planes in the air and they got caught as well as they should have. That is much more serious than the NFL trying to keep their image..............

Smoking some dope is stupid and is something kids do..........

Cheating the test.......how many here cheated a test in college or high school..................?

Get over it..............

It's even dumber to think that this is the thought process going forward.

And I digress to say he's the dumbest human. That is a very vague statement.

What baffles me is that they are still running Von Miller stories that cover the front of ESPN and Yahoo. This is obviously leaked information.

Too many variables here...unless you know someone in the NFL who cheats on drug tests (which there obviously are considering many players smoke weed)... Von Miller's "scheme" could easily have been just "par the course" but he happened to be the one to get caught.

if Locker was a tad more accurate than Tebow, that would have been a TD

I am not arguing the fact that driving drunk is serious or not. I agree it is serious, very serious, and he should be disciplined. I just disagree that Von is some sort of victim of misplaced NFL scrutiny. Aldon Smith will get his, it just happened. But the ESPN story is not the result of the NFL being unfair.

Only a homer thinks that.

Screw this a$$hole. The only reason I was still backing this guy was because I thought he hadn't failed a test but somehow spilled the sample.

If it's really the case that he's been bribing/dealing with the tester to cheat multiple positive tests then **** him.

Outside of your own, you mean?

Weed does not give anyone a competitive advantage. Von is a moron for trying to weasel out of a failed recreational drug test. That makes him stupid, not a cheater. If he was injecting HGH and unicorn jizz and failed a test then you saying he is a cheater would have merit.

What's more fascinating to me is that the NFL has a broken system and Von was just the first visible crack. He cant be the only idiot to try the "you know who I am, right?" track on these testers.

It's sad that you are supporting Von.
I am sorry..he cheated.
you are supporting him as he is a bronco.
Your tune will be different if he is from a different team.

Exactly. Von is a cheating/bribing a$$hole. I hope he turns it around and grows up into a solid player and responsible driver.

But right now he's a punk.

Of course. This is true for every single bronco. We cheer for the entity, not the individual, unless you have a relationship with that individual, which the vast majority of us don't

Von tried to avoid getting caught for smoking weed. Which again, and as I have said for quite a while, makes him stupid and not a cheater. Young people do dumbass things. That is part of the charm of being young. If you drop everyone who ever made a mistake from a football team you end up with no players at all, and avoiding a weed suspension is a forgivable thing. It's not like he and two friends murdered a 4th companion and left him in a field a mile from his house.

Perspective. Get some.

I think this whole thing is funny actually. Quite frankly, marijuana is one of the least harmful drugs people can do and the great lengths that NFL players go through to mask it can be laughable. But if you want to get altered that's the one you should use.

Even more laughable is that marijuana is legal in Colorado yet we are having this conversation. Who cares if Olympic athletes or other professional athletes smoke weed? It doesn't enhance your performance and if you want to take a "moral" stance against it, go ahead and get in line, there is a long list of things that should come before it.

As for the manipulation of tests... who cares? As a fellow pot smoker I've faked employment drug tests before. I've also been straight up with my managers/owners at other jobs about my marijuana usage. It's a personal freedom in a country with changing policy.

Get over it.

Von- don't be a dumbass. You've been caught a couple times now and you need to grow up because of it.

Time to move along......

Von's issues are not worse. DUI is illegal regardless of your occupation and could of killed someone or multiple people. Von's issues are a big deal with his employer and most jobs you would be terminated without criminal charges.
