Congrats to 24 ....ugh. That was tough and reminded me of the Superbowl vs Seattle. LA decided to hit like Ducks do and amazing the Kings are 6-0 in elimination games. We were supposed to go to the game but glad I now sold them and took the family out to dinner to at least enjoy the pizza and wings....with some beer. Onto next season without Selanne.

I thought it was real classy of the Kings to kind of salute Selanne there.

That was a butt whooping. That was ugly but the Ducks still fought in the end.

Very strong possibility that James Neal is traded in the offseason due to off the ice issues.

Not shocking, didn't he have issues in Dallas as well?

Smart. I actually think the Ducks will still get Kesler in the offseason, possibly a draft day trade. Remember the Ducks are loaded with picks for the draft. They have OTT # 10 pick too in the 1st.

Thank God it was LA, I'll take home ice advantage for the Hawks.

Kind of the short end of the straw for the Kings there; left LA late last night had to fly four hours (going ahead two time zones) to Chicago for an afternoon game tomorrow.

Not that I'm upset having to play a tired Kings team; just ****ty luck.

You always take home ice advantage, but it's interesting that the road team is 5-1 in game 7s this year.

Kings Blackhawks is hard to call. Both teams know how to get it done consistently and are built for it. I'm tempted to go with the Hawks in 7 but it's hard to go against the Kings in a game 7 after two straight dominating performances on the road in game 7s. Plus Justin Williams always goes into beast mode in game 7s. Both teams have great clutch playoff performers.

Montreal seems like an easy pick in the East, but Lundqvist could be an equalizer. If he doesn't stand on his head all series and outplay price Montreal has got this. I'm not discounting Montreal against whomever comes out of the West either. The Bruins were right up there with the Kings and Hawks with regards to playoff prowess and the Habs took them down.

Yeah it was an easy game to watch from my end. Loved every minute of this blowout, but stick tap to Selanne. He is one of the greats and will be missed next year.

What's the word on Price? Habs are done if he is. Probably are either way. Found a torrent and the Habs looked like they thought they were still playing the Bruins.
