Not ****ing traffic violations... if you took out the whole 6 game suspension, these traffic violations wouldn't mean **** other than an irresponsible 24 year old kid.
yeah, but that is a pretty major piece of this argument you can't leave out...and the ONLY reason these minor (I will fully acknowledge in a vacuum, they are minor) incidents mean anything

listen, I think we can all agree that he has to make better choices...yes?

Perspective. Get some.
Serving current 6 game suspension for drugs

Multiple mistakes made sense then

Little to no change in behavior seen

It's not bad yet, but there's nothing to like about this road we're on

Well I hope he does. He most likely will.

Again, he just got pulled over and given a ticket. That's really what it is at the end of the day...but I know John Elway will have a good talk with him.

It will be in his best interest to drive with a license and insurance. lol.

He may commit a traffic violation again... and it could be something petty as in not stopping fully at a red light. But it will make the news and you all will overreact again.

These traffic violations won't play anything into his contract. Never in the history of sports does traffic violations determine the value of a player on a sports team.

Multiple mistakes he's made since the suspension?

What multiple mistakes has he made since the suspension?

You have 3 guesses. Trust me, you'll only need one.

Know what this tells me?

Von Miller is a bad driver.

That's all.

It will only make the news if he doesn't stop fully at a stop sign ON A SUSPENDED license. This speeding ticket wouldn't make news if he was driving legally. With a valid license.

It's the pattern of stupidity and inability to stay out of trouble, not the traffic violation itself. For the rest of his career he is going to not only have to stay clean, but not, for any reason, miss a single urine test. Current evidence suggests that's at best a long shot.

Hell, I'm a responsible adult and I doubt I wouldn't miss a urine test (or otherwise **** up) if I had to do it at random times 10x a month for years.

Of course he has to make better decisions...and history says, most people will (in regards to traffic violations). You don't have many repeat offenders of driving without a license or without insurance. Even if he got caught again with a brand new contract...it won't matter. It's just the timing of all this **** sucks.

It's timing.

No one will ever going to get suspended for speeding or driving without insurance.

This counts for getting pulled over for speeding or whatever

Getting arrested for no license counts

Getting arrested again at previous gun show counts

Oh it's not?

So did he commit a federal crime? What was it then? What else happened in the situation?

Didn't he get into trouble for failing to appear in court after his suspension was announced? And now there is this incident. So there are two for you.

Edit: lolcopter beat me to it.

But what the hell is Von driving himself around for? If I was black and rich, you'd bet Id have some honkey driving me around, opening my door, not looking me in the eye.

How many of these things occurred after the suspension?

And he's been arrested more than once? Please show source.

Or are you just over exaggerating and overreacting?

Everything that has happened to date, including his suspension. Don't be dense.

And you over react to everything dude. I'm just trying to give you some perspective.

You've gone so far ahead of yourself in terms of going nuts over this situation, that you've convinced yourself Von Miller has committed more mistakes than he actually has.

So it has to be a federal offense before it's serious now?

If Von actually committed a federal crime i bet you'd be on here saying "Well, it isn't like he violated the Geneva Conventions or anything."

He got arrested at the gun shop after the suspension was announced and before his appeal. And this new incident is 2. The 3rd one happened before the suspension

He was supposed to appear in court earlier in the year...at the time he got suspended, I'm positive he completely forget about the court thing long before.

Now if he was supposed to show up in court after the suspension? Yeah, you might have a point. But I'm not sure if he'd show up then either

Your perspective is flawed in terms of how fans interpret this latest infraction. Von doesn't get to have one off traffic violations in a vacuum at this point, sorry.

It might seem like a minor thing, but considering all the other problems he has created for himself, you would think the guy would be smart enough to stay out of trouble

He failed to appear in January though. He committed that mistake LONG before the suspension.

Him being arrested was just very bad timing...and some others on here were questioning the timing on it since police department generally doesn't spend money on going out and arresting people for something like that within 4 months.
