Well personally I don't want to miss out on gems like above.
In a weird way, I agree with this. go_dip****'s takes can be so absurd, they are entertaining at times.

Blount isn't going to be making "noise" with the Patriots, just because his fat slow, slob self reversed fields on a putrid Eagles Defense for a long TD run. In may I add, PRE SEASON.

And we don't want any parts of him on our team anyway.

Actually I didnt even know he ran one back this preseason. I was just going off what I've seen before. When they will need tough yards he's going to be there. Punching people doesn't matter to patriots. And I never said I wanted him.

I was speaking in general, my intentions were not to single you out. I read Clam Momo post something about Blount on here and people seemed to get on board with his claim about Blount.

I should have addressed that there and then, but seeing positive Blount talk made me think of this, I apologize if you felt I was attacking you.

Default Montee Ball's struggles cause for concern in Denver

http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/n...cern-in-denver

(referring mostly to his poor pass blocking)

Moreno,Ball..you don't go with these players if you want to win SB.
Don't you know that Mays is horrible. They even gave a contract extension.
I can go on and on.

the main advantage we have is we are looking the team from outside.
Everyone knows Fox weakness(we saw how he coached against Ravens in playoffs).
I am not so sure if he truly thinks he has a weakness and it has to be corrected.

This is the guy who mystifies me. He actually had a pretty good season toward the end of 2011*, but then plunged down the depth chart and rode the bench most of 2012 on a 4-12 trainwreck of a team. No big injury issues that I know of, and there was word that several teams were initially interested in him as a FA, but nothing has happened.

Still, I suspect that if Denver brings in another RB, it will be McGahee.

* 72 attempts: 4.9 per carry, 4 TDs, plus 179 yds receiving and 3 more TDs.

I'm not too worried about Ball. his simplistic college offense where he did little to no pass has him well behind in that aspect of his game. he can run though. he is a 1st and 2nd down back for now until he gets his pass blocking ability up to par. I like the idea of Ball on 1st and 2nd downs, Hillman and Moreno being 3rd down backs and change of pace guys.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Denver turn their attention to LBer and skip this sad sack of RBs

I wouldn't mind if the Broncos brought in Kevin Smith for a look.

Maybe the Broncos just "leaked" out this news to get the attention of the RBs they have?

What about Brandon Bolden? Does he get cut? I would love to trade something insignificant for him before that happens. Or does he suck? THought he looked decent when he got time last year.

He's definitely on the bubble and could be cut.

Wells or Hightower would be interesting for depth but neither is really better than what we have in Hillman and Montee. Definitely better than Lance though!
