I think we need to practice squad the guy. If another team picks him up so be it, but we can't give him a roster spot for looking good against scrubs in 1 game.

Then what? Same dilemma remains. Has he shown enough to take the place of Jacob Hester's roster spot? That's what it boils down to.

Then what?

You see how his recovery is coming along

maybe someone else gets hurt

No need to jump the shark on this decision. Time is your friend here.

Well of course, don't jump the shark.

Can more than one guy go on the PUP? JD and CJ?

yes, more than 1 can be placed on the PUP. but not CJ because he's already participated in practice

3. I seriously doubt they would activate J.D. Walton to have C.J. Anderson take his place on the PUP.
4. It's either IR or top 53 roster for C.J. Anderson (he will get snatched up if cut).
5. They could put Anderson on the "in season" IR (like Suggs last year), but then they wouldn't be able to use him until week 10.

I think he could be the Broncos best RB. Gonna be a real tough call.
Teams can have multiple players on PUP - so not sure what you are trying to get at with points 2 and 3.

Word is Shaun Phillips jumped ahead of Robert Ayers at closed End.

Nate Irving stepped in place of Von Miller at SOLB.

I think a player has to make the 53 man roster first, before he can be placed on the in season IR.

I don't like MMJ's live version, I do love their original studio recording:

Interesting, for me it seems like the only difference is that in the live version you don't get those sounds that resemble pieces of wood being clacked together halfway into the track (however, during a Jim solo show performance of VD, one of the guys from his new band was banging on an electric drum pad and reproducing those missing sounds) and that the live version is much more intense. Actually, on the tour they just finished they added an extra minute or so with Jim improv'ing on a sax. it sounds pretty bad ass.

yah, there's not much difference it's just that the youtube live version is a poor audio recording and I think it doesn't offer much other than watching the band live whereas if you want to listen to the song itself, because MMJ doesn't change this particular live version, then just listen to the studio recording because it's, well, much better sound-quality wise, it has a very distinctive sound, quite mesmerizing.

Put him on IR and when he is healthy all the NFL teams will pretty much have their rosters set. You can cut him week two or three of the season and then put him on the practice squad.

You can't put him on IR and then cut him and put him on the PS. It's one or the other.

Oh that 's right so cut him now and then put him on IR. No NFL team is going to sign an undrafted Rookie with a bum ankle to their active roster.

It's a knee but I get what you're saying. Right now the only hype CJ has is in the broncos fanbase/local media. One preseason game. We like him but there's alot of teams that have CJs. I'm not sure someone picks him up if cut.

I think they will do an injury settlement at the last cut down and sign him to the PS

Why would you have to cut him to put him on IR?
