If you're going to attempt to talk smack, at least get it right.

I said Justin Houston was a better value pick than Von Miller. And he was.

What? I don't full blown no stinking Voltrons. And who is Voltron anyway? I hope it's a chick, or that's slander.

Whatever, Elway and his gagging maggototrons have to step up and WIN something besides beating up on a woeful AFC West.

Miller is a great player too, but many thought he was the 3rd best player in the draft and you picking him at 2 is probably why they put that.

So Bronco Rob got electrocuted and became possessed by the black lion. Ok. But I don't understand how "ron" got into it. I understand there was a guy Adrian Volt that invented all this, and I get Rob was electrocuted, I'm not following how Rob became ron. Did Matt Russell hit that cop car SO ****ING hard the cop went 100 feet into a dimension previously only inhabited by Chuck Norris, thusly transforming Rob into ron?

Show me a team of value picks and I'll show you an average to below average team but then again your owner shoots for Lamar Hunt trophies and was probably OK with the flight from Korea coming up just short of the runway in San Fran

Impact players rule the NFL

Better value? Damn you would move the goalposts however you want. Do you ever get tired of being wrong?

Your the dude that said Brodie Croyle was better than Flacco. I've always called him a slightly better Mark Sanchez and yes he had a good playoff run which resulted in him getting at least 30 million bucks more than he should of. Since reading comprehension isn't your strong suit I will repeat myself again so maybe someday you will get a little bit of it. I swear it's easier to talk sense to my 6 year old than you.

Quote:
The first two weren't lucky they were Bailey getting burnt. Lucky for Denver Smith had him beat 2 other times and Flacco couldn't hit him. It took a defensive TD, winning turnover battle, getting all the terrible calls and 3 long TD's to barely win. In fact Flacco engineered zero sustained drives and marched his team down the field. Sure he made some great throws and he missed an awful lot too. 18-34 is hardly owning considering he did nothing outside the 3 long plays.

Coming from a fan base whose primary off-season conversation on their main board is focusing around the hope that Peyton Manning has neck problems.

Details on Flacco in our game:

217 yards and 2 TDs before the Hail Mary

Hardly owned IMO

The best part about that thread is the post at the end where they start saying our defense literally "can't stop anybody."

Reminds me of the star wars bar scene. So many odd characters, and one fan is clearly not happy in the middle of that.

Yeah, the middle guy with his arms crossed among the sea of homerism makes the gif. Probably the only one alive during the Chefs SB victory. He's like "Not this **** again! Last year we coulda had RGIII or Luck and this year the best we can do with no. 1 overall is a LT that we're moving to RT. **** this ****."

Chef planet is the only board I lurk on. The combination of homerism, shame, anger and bitterness is outstanding.

I like the guy who posted that he had an hour conversation with some random important guy at the Denver airport. Could have been a doctor, could have been an agent, not really sure, but the guy with 100 percent certainty knows that Peyton Manning's head will fall off either this year or next.

The franchise was in sickly shape at the time, ravaged by an unfathomable decision to let Josh McDaniels have complete and total control of the organization in his first coaching job. That should have set the franchise back a decade. Elway, if nothing else, was good PR. People in Denver would never object.

I thought at the time that it might be a bad move. Great players don't always make great executives, and Elway had no NFL front office experience. Ozzie Newsome and Jerry West are among the rare cases of great players becoming great executives; it just doesn't happen that often. But in typical Elway fashion, he willed himself to be one of the best GMs in the NFL. Signing Ryan Clady, one of the NFL's best left tackles, to a deal that benefited both sides before the contract deadline for franchise-tagged players is just another sign of how well he has transitioned to his new job.

The way Elway has completely rebuilt the Broncos in a little more than two years is absolutely remarkable.
