Hold the phonesssssssssss. Now reports are that Zimmerman was on ADHD meds. To be fair IMO, this should be brought up too (though this hasn't been brought up in trial yet and probably never will). All this shiat is mood altering to some extent.

1/100 the THC level of a single hit is not mood altering.

Uh, not that the number of punches is at all relevant because it's self-defense one way or another, but the one believable witness to the scene said Trayvon was on top throwing punches.

Why would Martin be screaming for help? The girl who was on the phone with him mentioned he was at or near his home before she hung up, insinuating that the dude doubled back to meet Zimmerman at the front of the intersection. So he goes back, starts a fight that he's immediately winning, and starts bloodcurdling cries for help? Does a man going ground-and-pound on another dude scream like that? You'll buy anything if you believe that.

Also, for the people acting like the kid's build is irrelevant, Martin was a tall football player. Yeah, it's a total joke that an athletic 17-year old kid could hurt someone, right?

Morons.

Precisely. It could have amplfied his personality being so young. Its definately going to play a factor in the trial.

To my knowledge there is no test that shows one is under the influence of THC. But the DA isn't going to argue that. Oh heck no. It would invalidate prior and future verdicts.

Cutthemdown is a funny guy. I recommend you read the book A Hundred Circling Camps.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...w_bottom_links

This book served me well while in school. It taught me a lot about how to think, analyze, and criticize. There were some great chapters in there about the logging industry in Minnesota, the impact of the steel industry on black labor, and the relationship between cowboys, cacti and tornadoes as a means of locomotion.

I sure hope Trayvon wasn't a virgin. It would suck to die a virgin. Then again if all he got was that girl who testified maybe he was better off dying a virign.

BECAUSE! If the clit is not legit, then you must acquit!

That joke was based on a completely illogical and incoherent mess of a thought process and is the worst joke I have ever read. My three year old could write a better joke by randomly drawing words out of a hat.

You are a stupid human being.

This George Zimmerman-Trayvon Martin situation has shown the true underbelly of America. A wannabe cop has a LOADED GUN, a ROUND IN THE CHAMBER and THE SAFETY OFF. He's cruising around looking for someone to dominate, looking to show off his "power." Mr. Self-appointed "Neighborhood Watch Captain" - which he was NOT. There was NO "Neighborhood Watch" in that complex, in spite of what he told the cops that night. Amazingly, CNN and CBS picked up that mantra and have described him as a "Neighborhood Watch Captain" in their own articles. Good job, Mainstream Media!! This LIAR with a police record, who lied about money and a passport, (which is why he went back to jail) has now lied again about being familiar with the "Stand Your Ground" law, when in fact, he took a course and got an "A" in it. His instructor reminded him of this while he was testifying.

Instructor testifies he taught George Zimmerman self-defense laws

I agree that Zimmerman is a bit of a buffoon, and should have kept his dumb ass in the car and waited for the cops. That said," LOADED GUN, a ROUND IN THE CHAMBER and THE SAFETY OFF." does not, in my opinion speak to mindset. As a matter of fact, it shows a bit of ignorance on your part. His gun doesn't have an external safety lever. Again, Zimmerman is a tool, but don't feed the hype.

If it's true that his gun didn't have a safety, then do you actually believe this bolsters your "hype" argument?

Talk about ignorance. L0L!

Having a gun pointed at you can cause someone to scream for help.

Good grief. Martin did not know Zimmerman was armed. The firearm was concealed.

I don't believe they were on the phone together when Zimmerman pulled a gun on him. Call me crazy, but that might change the dynamic a bit.

He certainly knew Zimmerman was armed when he pulled the gun on him. But even before that, any teenager being followed at night by a stranger - armed or not - is probably going to be fearful and rightfully so.

No it wasn't. Your saying so doesn't make it so. Anyone who thinks that scream came from a middle aged man and not teenager going through puberty is either a liar or an idiot. Which are you?

Actually, no. You do. You want the gun-nut, wanna-be vigilante to be in the right so badly that you refuse to objectively look at what we know about what happened and put yourself in the shoes of a teenager who was being followed by stranger for no good reason.

The evidence and testimony shows that Martin double back to confront Zimmerman. So no. He wasn't scared.
