How do you compare? Someone plays on your clarinet and doesn't replace the reef or someone putting out false rumors that there will be a sequal to "Failure Is Not an Option" and you start waiting in front of Barnes and Noble now?

The rule of thumb is that you are innocent until proven guilty. Welp, Hernandez is most definitely guilty. Lol, goodbye.

Hernandez goes to jail a tight end, but leaves a wide receiver.

I suppose if some higher power destroys all of the Patriots who can catch a football, they may move to some kind of wildcat, wildhorses, or wild musket offense and then anything can happen.

White Van video completes the circus! This is so much better than watching the 2nd half of the DVD of the Arnold Movie "Last Stand" I was going to put on!

Wow that is a mountain of evidence. I'm sure they wanted the murder weapon, but it honestly doesn't look like they'll need it with everything else they have.

Man, I am utterly speechless after watching AH get arraigned... I can't fathom why he would throw his life away, knowing darn well this day and age it almost impossible to go undetected on film, audio, etc.

Speechless.

He didn't just throw his life away. He threw away the life of another human being, one that was supposedly his friend. There is so much wrong with this guy where do you even begin?

I don't know. Its one thing to pull out a gun because your a ****ing thug and accidentially shoot a buddy, that I can get- its still stupid... but to drive a friend somewhere and shoot someone 5 times in cold blood... what could he have done that was so egregious that this was the only answer.....

I wonder if the alleged motive in this case relates back to the earlier shooting, where AH was being sued for putting a guy's eye out.

Suppose AH found out Lloyd was talking to friends or investigators for the other victim?

i wonder if he was helping out the other dude in his lawsuit against Hernandez.
even if he was that doesn't make it right to take someone else's life.

I can't believe he thought he could just get rid of the surveillance by smashing the security system. Hadn't heard that until now.

Did the prosecutor say he'd actually smashed the security system? Or was that whole thing just a false rumor?

That's a distinct possibility based off the "you can't trust anyone anymore" audio they have of him.
