We are going to get our **** pushed in next Friday at Pitt. It's gonna be in the 20s temperature wise and our run D is historically bad. Not a great recipe.

Take pride in no matter how horrific your run D may be, they will probably never give up 400+ to a team that didn't even complete a pass to a crappy team like Georgia Southern

I would love to play ASU again with the new regime at USC. This team is on a massive roll in time to play UCLA. Too bad both teams are out of contention for the South Title.

Man, I was at that game last night and I can barely talk today. The crowd was screaming the entire game. Just one little Bedlam game in the way between Oklahoma State and another Big 12 title. If all goes well, another BCS bowl in the works...

I hear you, because the Big 12 has been crazy and Bedlam is such an emotional game, but I just think the Cowboys are playing too well in all phases. If we can shutdown the inside run game of the Sooners, this one could get ugly.

I just can't remember OSU playing this good on defense in the past couple decades. They have had opportunistic defenses, but none this disciplined and talented across the board. My biggest worry is that the defense is playing so well that we lose Glenn Spencer after one great year. Hopefully, he sticks around a while.

It was funny because this last week, they moved my son to scout team LG to simulate Cyril Richardson. I think they sompletely beat the crap out of Richardson and that fabled Baylor O-line last night, so it was pretty fun to watch.

OU was playing Baylor well, but OU's passing game was nowhere to be found and killed them since Baylor loaded to stop the run, did it, and OU couldn't pass at all.

I think Oklahoma State definitely has the receiving talent to take advantage of a loaded box. Also, I think OSU's play action is pretty solid. The OU freshman corner (forget his name) was getting killed by K-State yesterday, and I think the Cowboys definitely have some room to capitalize there as well.

It's an off year for the Sooners, but this is always a dangerous matchup.

I will be so happy when the Lockett family finally stops producing players at KState. It seems every year there is a Lockett tearing it up for them.
OU has a decent defense I'll say, the secondary is pretty decent but since they lost Cory Nelson, the pass rush has been terrible.
I do think OKState is the better team, but you never know sometimes in these rivalry games.

SoCal's Picks (done a little early this week)

(4) Auburn 24, (1) Alabama 21
(2) Florida State 46, Florida 10
(3) Ohio State 41, Michigan 21
(5) Missouri 39, (21) Texas A&M 30
(6) Clemson 31, (10) South Carolina 24
(8) Stanford 27, (25) Notre Dame 10
(9) Baylor 40, TCU 24
(11) Michigan State 26, Minnesota 10
(12) Arizona State 38, Arizona 27
(13) Oregon 45, Oregon State 28
(14) Northern Illinois 56, Western Michigan 3
(15) Wisconsin 45, Penn State 21
(16) Fresno State 43, San Jose St. 20
(17) LSU 45, Arkansas 10
(19) UCF 42, USF 17
(23) USC 31, (22) UCLA 20
North Carolina 33, (24) Duke 24

Miami Game

Miami (8-3) (-3) at Pittsburgh (6-5) Friday Expected Temperature...in the 20s

1. Pitt has an excellent DT Aaron Donald who will make Shane McDermott and the rest of our interior line his b****. This will snuff out the run game.

2. Alot of Miami possessions will go nowhere because they don't trust Morris in this kind of weather especially with pass pro having issues so they will be conservative. Pitt will respond by loading the box and it will be frustrating watching us continue to run right into the teeth of the defense because they are worried it will turn into an INT fest if they let Morris be himself.

3. WRs Coley and Hurns will make some big plays but not be consistent enough to get Pitt to get out of 8 man box.

4. Miami will do OK vs. the run early on, but after awhile, it will be obvious these kids really don't want to be there in the freezing cold and we will start getting gashed.

5. Tom Savage will have a great day against us because the secondary is decimated by injuries and the pass rush from McCord and Muhammad is inconsistent. 23/33 for about 317 yards.

6. Pitt wins 34-23. After the game, Golden will say this "proves" we need to get bigger and stronger. He will skillfully sidestep the follow up question about why this is an issue when we have gone 3 straight years trying to get bigger and we still suck vs. the run and have gained nothing but a huge loss of speed. Instead he'll answer a stupid question from Susan Miller Degnan that lends itself to an obvious answer (what has having Pat O Donnell meant to the team this year?)

7. By way of finishing the season at 8-4 and 3rd in the Coastal after having been 7-0 and in first, Miami will receive the privilege of spending New Year's Eve in El Paso for the Sun Bowl against Arizona. Junior DE Anthony Chickillo will tweet during bowl week "I waited three years for THIS? Smdh". Golden will apologize to the Bowl committee and suspend Chick for the first half. Chicks dad will make critical comments of the staff in the Miami Herald before the game about how his son was originally a 5 star 4-3 DE and the staff ruined him by making him gain 30 pounds to be a 3-4 DE which robbed him of his ability and that they should be ashamed that after self imposing twice the best they could do for him in his first year he could go to a bowl as. Jr. was the Sun Bowl. The whole atmosphere of bowl week will be awkward at best as a result. On game day, they will get raped by Kadeem Carey and BJ Denker and by the 2nd quarter all the Miami guys will be huddled up next to the heaters. Golden will say that Arizona also raped Oregons defense so it's not a big deal and there was nothing Coach D could do and that Coach D is coming back next year even though the defense has sucked 3 years in a row because Coach D is like family and since they are both Italians and from New Jersey and have been BFF for 25 years, it's the kids fault that they don't fit and cant learn a 3-4 two gap zone heavy defense, so we aren't going to change it and personal loyalty wins out (ok he wont say that but that will be the reason). DickRod uses the game to get another raise from Arizona.

8. Because he is an absolutely masterful recruiter and a great people person and could sell sand to the Saudis, Golden will keep our Top 5-10 class together even though the season at 8-5 was largely an abject failure.

Lol. Golden forcing the team to warm up on the field in Pitt shirtless so they can adjust to the 30 degree weather.

Good.

**** Pitt and their weather. We ready.

/I expect us to get raped actually.
