Oh my GOD.

Best animated movie perhaps ever, but to play it safe i'll say its on par w/ Lion King.

Also, the Song - with the garbage that passes for music today, this is the best "pop" style song I've heard in years.

I'm like the most misogynistic man alive and this movie makes me want to be a disney princess that builds snowmen. **** what a brilliant and empowering film.

Ok misogynist time to turn in your man card. I think it was produced with that subliminal purpose in mind. Its why I won't see it despite my wife's urgings
I think its reverse Stepford wives to mind control us.

I've seen it and I thought it was okay. Not as good as Tangled or Wreck-It Ralph, to name a few recent animated movies.

As good as The Lion King? How high are you?

Since I was forced to watch a tad of it, it was nice understanding the decision to put the Ramones " I want to be sedated" during the act. It let me know how quickly the homo erotica scene was over since Ramones are known for songs about 1:25 long. Right when I figured it is safe for my kids to continue watching the flick, in comes the butcher cutting up the baker. Who knew they were all gay?

We just got back from Maleficent and it was much better than I thought. My daughter though it was better than Frozen and she loved Frozen.

Too much singing, it did get better as the movie went on. Not even close to being the top animated film.

As the father of a 3 year old daughter I will respectfully have to disagree. I hate this movie and the 98 times I've watched it hasn't changed my opinion one iota. I hope Olaf melts in hell.

What?!?! A sex scene? About gays? In a Disney movie? You sure you weren’t' at the wrong theatre watching porn? How were the floor there? Was it sticky?

I saw it and thought it was OK. Didn't get all the hype it has. Also I have heard that damn song so many times that when I hear it now I want to physically hurt someone. I hate it so much.

It was ok I thought, fairly cute (if predictable). But I think there are better Disney and Pixar films. But, best animated movie? Not by a super long shot. =)

If you really want to see the best animated movies, see films made by Hayao Miyazaki. My favorites of his in no particular order:

Howls Moving Castle
Spirited Away
My Neighbor Totoro
Princess Mononoke
Kiki's Delivery Service
Arrietty
Nausicaa of trhe Valley of the Wind
The Cat Returns
Ponyo

And there are others. He does a ton of the actual drawing and animation for his films, it's nuts. His attention to detail is amazing. =)

My 5 year old daughter, Katie, LOVES this movie.

She loves all the Disney Princess movies, but this is her favorite, with Little Mermaid being her 2nd choice.

Howls moving castle has the best use of color I have ever seen.

Yeah....that was a good movie.

How the OP can say Frozen was the best animation ever, is beyond me. To each their own, I guess.

My favs were:

The Incredibles
Monsters, Inc.
Aladdin
Lion King
Bugs Life

......and I'm keeping my man card.......so there.
